The beauty of Pokemon is that it's simple enough for my 9 year old brother and my grandmother to play, yet it's complex to keep young adults coming back, when there are so many other games on the market. And the nostalgia. I love the nostalgia.
The closer to present day Assassin's Creed gets, the worse and worse it gets IMO.

They should make "The Crash/Spyro HD Collection" It would contain the first three crash games, and the first three spyro games, and if we are nice enough, also including Crash Team Racing. Maybe just a download voucher for CTR ps1 classic. But the six spyro/crash games would all be redone in full HD with trophy support blah blah blah. Or maybe flat out remakes of them, done from the ground up. I would pay any price for this.
I don't get all the hate I'm getting with Disagrees. I was just asking a question about something I'm not sure about. If it is only a matter of opinion, my opinion would be that Demon's/Dark souls are not JRPG's. If I didn't know any better, I would assume they were made by a western developer. I'm sure there are some games with a JRPG style that were made in the west, I just can't think of an example.

Does Dark Souls count as a JRPG? I thought all JRPG's had to be turn based, not just be developed in Japan. Dark Souls feels like a Western RPG. I could be wrong, so that is why I'm asking./

Since it takes place in the Comic Book universe, I doubt it'll jump that far into the future, because they could dig themselves into a hole they can't get out of with the Comic Book.

Mass Effect 3's ending was a complete failure, both in gameplay and story wise. Even though it was a fight with every species in the galaxy vs the Reapers, it never felt like it. It just felt like another battle. Story wise, it was complete garbage.

I disagree. Although I'll be picking it up, if the story elements stray too far from that of the Metal Gear universe, and if the gameplay is way too repetitive, with enemies that aren't even the least bit varied, this game will suck. I don't care how bad the gameplay is, I just want a good story. That's why I buy any Metal Gear game.
I have to admit, if this gets implemented, and games are a lot cheaper, like $30 for a standard release day price, I wouldn't mind it at all. Why do we buy games used? because it is cheaper, and not all of us have the money to buy all the AAA games that come out every year. Downloadable games is a way to avoid this, but didn't work for Microsoft and Sony, because games tend to be the same price, if not MORE expensive on PSN and Marketplace. With a $600 launch price tag, being released a year after 360, and for the advertisement comparison, I'd say this is a huge victory for the Sony brand.
