My cousin who is a die hard sony fan and die hard FPS fan hated Killzone 2. The controls are sluggish. He canceled his preorder and back playing COD4. I heard this through out my job also. People just hate the controls. I expect a quick patch soon.

Game Informer is one of the few magazines that I respect. No bias magazine here. 8.75 is a great score from Game Informer. KZ2 definitely has some drawbacks so it's nice to see somebody actually calling them out on it.

The game clearly has drawbacks. Stop pretending that the game is perfect. The game is short, the control is sluggish, the weapons are boring and basic, textures can be low, the story sucks, flame thrower looks like it was rendered by the N64. Seriously we're talking about a fps that still uses exploding barrels? Cmon now!!!!!
Bottom line this game is getting mostly low 9's. Still great scores but not the best FPS ever. Not even close.
