64 player battlefield IS battlefield
it's what set it apart back in the day for me when I played 32 man cs servers.
the fans went and bought MoH for battlefield 3 beta. At least I did. ya sure op metro is nice and all but it's not Battlefield. It felt like a bc2 on roids which still doesn't compare to Battlefield. I'd care more if bf3 was the only game worth waiting for this year but half my exciteme...
It would be nice if they called it by the well known gungame but the studio that rips off every game under the sun tried to jack it and go as far as calling it original.
well ya they sold a lot of copies. I own 2 on my lan but I don't see myself picking this titles up again.
especially now since I don't bother with f2p titles. I'd gladly give up mmo's altogether if they all go pay to win. The only thing they are good for is to kill time waiting for the next big game to come out.

You've seen the footage and read the spec requirements.
Of course people will lag and blame the game. they can't afford that at this point. As it stands I guarantee theres going to be 20 threads on how someones dual core can't run it but runs crysis flawlessly shame on dice.
I guess they must have saw how everyone was laughing at crytek for saying the console version of crisis would be better and learned something from that.

Nope if you read the alpha forums youd know that seeing the third mcom was very rare. A few days into alpha after everyone was familiar with the map I never saw the second mcom again.
That said I'm very over rush. It feels too much like bc2. I'm ready for open conquest again. They are risking too much imo with picking a rush map as beta.
man after a while of rakin in the cash I guess it would be hard to stop seeing dollar signs.
But this won't change if these people are actually shellin out the cash for a purple skin...Which imo should go up there and above horse armor.

actually for a 2007 title you'd be hard pressed to find better graphics excluding crysis and pc cod4.
the gameplay was un-refined and needed lots of work. Witcher 2 was 10x better but the combat system still needs work.
they are only accurate when it has nothing to do with ps3.
At least from all the articles I read here the ones who put the most merit in VGchartz is ps3 owners themselves.

Crytek to date has NOT made a game with a lasting multiplayer.

Battlefield 2 was another that helped push next-gen on pc. It was the first AAA title that required 2gb of ram in ur pc.
There were many a forum topic and benchmark comparisons between 1gb and 2gb from what I remember.
DICE loves their tech and I'm glad they do.
