Micrsoft announced it's record numbers and the article is pretending it suddenly did bad because there were no more announcements.

Yup..by first quarter next year the top 3 selling PS3 games of all time will all be Call of Duty games. Easily the biggest franchise for the system. MW3 may end up breaking records on all consoles by the time it is through.
I've had fun playing over Live and I laugh at how a few of my friends at work are already working on their next Prestige. But, my gaming life has now stopped at Elder Scrolls. This has been on incredible fall and holiday season.

I'm playing on the 360 and don't have 'texture issues' at all.
I read later the people who had issues loaded it to their hard drive.
It plays perfectly right out of the box.
The game and the experience is absolutely amazing.
I'm sure Bethseda will address the issues as every developer does.

It's a shame that IGN pretends that this HD overhaul isn't authentic.
The work and love that went into the HD transition eclipses all of the HD remakes that have been released thus far.
I loved God of War Collection and of course this tears SOTC, but let's face it, it's mainly been one developer who has done the HD remakes and up till now we have mainly seen 3rd person single player adventure games.
