People like Darkride from Canada who say that he doesnt know a 360 owner, don't represent the real world.
He pretends that most 360 sales come directly from the states, but NPD is the US AND Canada.
Look the bottomline when it comes to US sales is that the Wii is the only hardware device that saw early MASS sales and ridiculous tretail numbers. Fast forward and the Wii is still selling.
The Xbox 360 is definately the hottest consol...
We saw this story early last year and most believed the same.
But, I was the one saying what would transpire and it has.
People can pretend all day that new consoles arent needed today, but come next year they will screaming for them.

E3 is in June and it would be silly to announce 720 or even intimate that from Microsoft.
People keep think that if they are announcing the console that it means they are launching that very minute.
The hardware won't be in stores until Fall/Holiday 2013.
But it's interesting that they are saying that the Live service is going to bring ALL content across all applications in the future.

Here's the truth..we ALL know when Micrsoft & Sony have been using shipped number in their PR releases. The quarterly reports mirror these press releases.
At last year's CES Balmer announced the 360 sold 50 million 360s. When the quarterly was released they were at 50.9.

Kilzone definately shouldve been a shoe-in for an HD makeover.
It's suprising given how big the brand is. But maybe Sony didn't feel it was worth it at this point.

I'm a huge fan of Team Ico..my eyes watered at the announcement of the collection. SOTC was a masterpiece and I literally was going to buy the fat backwards compatible PS3 on the strength of this game.
But, what people don't realize is the ICO/SOTC was also enhanced to play in 3D. I only tried the beginning ...

I honestly hope those reports are true. They had to have heard all the criticism from what we saw @ E3.
The tablet idea isn't bad, but to only have one and rely on our Wii motes as back up just seems like they are headed backwards.
I just hope they have something up their sleeve that no one is aware of at the moment.

Micrsoft will only announce Xbox 720 at E3, and doesn't have to show much at all.
The fact is 720 won't be in stores till holiday 2013. Micrsoft will preview at this years E3 and go ALL OUT at June E3 2013.
They will still have a holiday that includes Halo 4 and Kinect. Not to mention a bundle that will be priced WELL under Wii-U.

The Xbox 720 announcement at this year's E3 is already going to derail Nintendo and that is ONLY if Nintendo shows the same Wii-U as they showed us last year.
I'm sure the whole rumor of one company not launching is to throw people off the PS4 scent. But Sony has already been allegedly quoted as telling developers that they won't be left behind.
Sony is always last at the show..I bet they gauge the reaction to Micrsoft's announcement and c...
