weapon X, you are one of the biggest sony clone on this site...
you need to appreciate how great this time for gamers is. Competition is at an all time high so absolutely amazing games like GOW come out and yet you can't get past your addiction to sony.
instead of bashing a game that is getting amazing reviews why don't you get off the site and play some ps2 while you wait for your ps3... then you'll be happy and we'll be happy...
I'll be getting all three s...
i don't want an internet browser in my dashboard... i like my computer for that
I do want that black controller with backlit buttons and the arcade stick!!!!
they also gave halo an 8/10... you know.. just for comparison ;-)
until halo 3 comes out ;-)
because its the only reason ps3 fanboys are resisting GOW...
haha ;-)
i agree that there is a small lack of AAA titles for the 360... but the number of software purchases has still been amazingly high... in fact, even with selling only half as many 360's as compared to ps2 (in its first year) it has doubled the software attach rate in a america:

[UPDATE] In response to the above announcement by Microsoft, Sony fired back. "PlayStation 3's content is designed for everyone to enjoy right out of the box, no matter which configuration you purchase. We would never shut anyone out of the entertainment experience because they didn't have the money to buy the top of the line system," said Dave Karraker, Sr. Director of Corporate Communications, SCEA. "Both PlayStation 3 versions available on November 17 include hard drives for...
did you get a halo demo first? or a god of war demo? how about a super mario 3 demo? since when are demos mandatory to get excited about a game... if you are worried, than don't buy it on launch day and wait for reviews... Personally I'm stoked about the game, but i have some reservations because of how hyped it has become... but that's what we do as consumers... we get excited and we vote with our money, so please don't demand demos... epic even said that developing a demo would have me...
why are you comparing the xenos (the xbox 360 triple core cpu) to the RSX (the ps3's single core Gpu... key word: GPU) you are just showing how little you know by comparing a graphics card to the main processor.......
i voted lame because you should NOT put URL's in the title!
especially not ones that long!
no one is interested in gears... that's why at my ebgames store i have over 150 reservations on it... that's as many as FFXII!!!! If you go to 1up.com it is the 2nd most popular game (just ever so slightly behind Zelda) and the fun part is that it is an original IP not a sequel!
the reason it takes so long to get games out is because of all the quality controls that microsoft has the development teams go through... this is why there are so few bugs within these games... With all the slated xbla games it is only a matter of time until they all start coming to a head and releasing next to each other...
i think its canadian...
you're right.... the ps3 will probably have better looking games 2-3 years down the road... but did graphics alone power the ps2 to its fame? no, because the original xbox was much more powerful, but the ps2 had more games and a bigger installed base when the xbox came out... the advantage this time goes to xbox 360... more games (at the time of ps3's launch) plus a lower price, plus more consoles available to buyers... if this allows microsoft to continue to build the lead and stay ahead th...
there is no ps3 version of SC:DA yet announced...
i still think comparing flat-panel to projection is mixing apples and oranges though... a comparision of DLP to LCD projection is a more accurate comparison... Because projections do suffer from noise and picture quality by virtue of being a microprojector while a flatpanel doesn't have that downfall... so I just want to see if we are on the same page, cause I've really been focusing on projection tvs... because DLP vs flatpanel LCD is no contest, LCD wins... but DLP vs LCD projection, IMHO ...

The article you posted makes some inexplicable leaps from the information he presents to the conclusions he comes to... I've examined the tvs myself when I went to purchase them... and between the LCD projections and the DLP projections the DLP wins out... let me explain my opinion and conclusions (take them or leave them, because it is all a matter of opinion re...
