The only problem I've ever had with Skyrim thus far was the occasional "bugginess" of weapon swings after a quick load... every other bug was just funny and hasn't affected my gameplay experience at all.
Overall, I am enjoying the hell out of it!
PS: The UI just needs a bit getting used to... it functions flawlessly after that.
Aye. I can't understand that after all these years people still get their pants wet for yet ANOTHER Zelda title...
PS: Skyrim is freaking AWESOME!
Haters gonna hate... more like fanboys gonna hate.
I never understood this, almost fanatical devotion to a franchise while utterly despising its rivals... This is an obvious example of Battlefield fanboism to its fullest. If you find a game stagnant, uninteresting and boring then don't buy it. Trying to convince someone else who finds it enjoyable, or dare I say, impose your own opinion is all right if done in a civilized, "grown up" manner. All these people do...
All of his complains were legit, albeit a tad obvious... the problem is he went all out and exaggerated every point in order to make a justification for em.
I do however disagree with his continuous bashing of Uncharted as series for "trying to be like a Holywood movie." You shouldn't bash something just because it fits in a niche you despise. There's a simple solution - don't play the game or make an obligation not to review a game from said genre if yo...
Oh boohoo. Whoever forced you to play? And how would an addition to the game (an addition) jeopardize your view on gameplay and the MMO mechanics? People need to grow up and learn to appreciate new things...
If not, they can always CHOOSE not to play.
It's not like they can invent boiled water all over again - those particular traits of said culture have been out for decades in cinema, books and comics. Drawing a conclusion from a movie made in 2009 with anything that comes later with the same theme is just ignorant - should Kung Fu Panda be flamed for ripping off of Warcraft 3's take on the Pandaren? Of course not.
People find similarities in everything just so they can bitch and whine about. Why not wait for the ...
If they made the expansion filled with burning skeletons that wield futuristic Terminator-like weaponry people would still bitch and moan about it. There's no pleasing anyone on the internet...
Good riddance.
I was expecting ID to revolutionize the FPS genre with Rage... instead, what we got was a sloppy attempt at mimicking all the latest FPS gimmicks without adding ANY sort of "meat" in terms of new mechanics or story or gradual progression, aside from new graphics (an engine that blew its nose on the PC for being the least optimized piece of shit this side of the universe).
I am sorry but when I read on the cover "A shooter from th...
I don't know how the whole voting process went, but maybe you should've chosen from a plethora of already established titles and let people vote for em? ;)
There should also be a rule - not more than 2 games per franchise and yes I do agree the list is far too short for several games per franchise.
He has the Half Life picture misplaced with Half Life 2... too many Final Fantasy / Metal Gear Solid games.
There is this mechanic called "phasing" my friend. It changes the world around you as your character progresses in that particular area. It was introduced in WoW with Wrath of the Lich King and I've read that SWTOR will have the same thing. So, there WILL be an impact and you WILL find yourself in a different set of circumstances if you take another route, different from the previous one.
Oh and I did check most of the developer diaries and quest hubs, where eve...
Not in my country. Still 300 euros with only one controller and 160 GB HDD. Not to mention, the games are priced at 70 euros...
I doubt it will ruin Star Wars: The Old Republic for two reasons:
1. Bioware has proven that they have the talent and eye for polish in order to create awesome RPG games that holster some of the best and most impressive voice work in the biz (which is also one of the pillars of their games).
2. It is going to bolster both the single player aspect of the game and give something unique to the multyplayer aspect. If you are playing solo, instead of just auto-acc...
Valve's games are a clear proof that gameplay matters more than graphics. Yes, the engine was incredible at the time Half Life 2 was released (2004) but today, what we still remember and compare Half Life 2 to is how incredibly awesome that game was... the combat, the story, the characters, the pacing, the enemies, the environment... it made FPS (gaming) rise up on a whole new level.
That is why we have to wait a long time for the third installment of Half Life... Valve ...
Uncharted... overlooked? Who the hell approved this shit?
It is a true Warhammer 40k Space Marine game. If you ever wanted to feel like a true, badass, alien%2
It is a true Warhammer 40k Space Marine game. If you ever wanted to feel like a true, badass, alien ass-kicking marine then this is it... there's nothing quite like it. Well worth 60$ (the MP is a freaking blast).
I am seeing a helluva lot of sequels there... I know developers are playing it safe but really... innovation for most of them is something hidden in a box covered with nuclear spiders on the dark side of Mars.
Troll master Reggie is trolling...
