You can commit mass murder in GTA games perfectly fine.
And there are missions that glorify killing innocents in GTA too.
While GTA's concept isn't based on killing loads amount of innocents, it certainly gives you the tools to do so. Not to mention, it's Grand Theft Auto - its concept is based on stealing people's cars.
I'd say I spent good portion in the game hiding in lockers. But like the OP said, there are other places to hide.
You don't even need to hide in some closed stationary area. Many times when the Alien was searching around, I would crouch walk around tables and pillars etc. One of the reasons is because if the Alien starts to sniff you inside a locker you have to hold your breath which costs health.
Also, flamethrower. Nuff said.
Played both DLC.
Only get them if you really really enjoyed the first Alien film. Both can be completed in 20-30 mins each and aren't really big in size at all.
However, it's as scary (or even scarier) than the main campaign.
Only Season 1 of the tv show impressed me (even though I had already read the comics).
Season 2 was a bit of a drag but I liked Daryl's character development regarding the search for Sophia. Shane's development felt forced even though the show was following the comic's storyline.
Season 3 was more exciting in the first half. I'm sure all comic fans were highly disappointed with the finale as we were all hoping for the bloodbath of major charac...
I think it was more to do with technical limitations.

Snake deserves to be in this as much as any other 3rd party character since he was extremely popular in Brawl.
