I doubt MS saw E3 as their defeat this year.
They are too focused on the flipping casual audience market because of how successful the Wii was. This E3 showed how they abandoned the core gamer and are focusing on grabbing as much $$$ as possible from casuals.
It's ironic. MS really had the best conference last year and it was mainly due to how shocking Natal was.
This year, Kinect was what made their conference full of shit.

I heard of this game but never really got interested to see what it's about.
After seeing the multiplayer demo at Sony's conference it didn't really appeal to me much.
I kinda wish Sony used their slot for The Last Guardian or FFvs13 instead.
Despair, Kojima has always had real-time cutscenes. Not pre-rendered.

Actually these screens ARE from 3DS.
Believe it or not, the 3DS is more powerful than the PSP.
Whether it's more powerful than the Wii is something I don't know. But I wouldn't be surprised if it was.
I hope this is a proper remake with extra content.

MS conference was BAD.
I liked Twilight Princess' art style better.
I never really liked the cel-shaded style like in Wind Waker etc.
But no doubt, the gameplay will be innovative.

Yeah, I think Stealth can be a part of the gameplay.
Just different from the usual MGS stealth.
And if they make the health system realistic like MGS4, Raiden could get killed by a couple of gunshots from enemies.
So the tactics for taking down enemies will be different to usual.
BTW, when Raiden took out the electic spine thingy, did he suck out its energy before he squished it? Maybe, you need to recharge your health often?...
A huge letdown!
The first half was okay when it showed ACTUAL games but the second half that was filled with Kinect was horrendous.
And MS thought they'd bribe the journalists by giving em all free xbox slims.
