yes, although even then I see OR's clunkyness as a bit of a detractor. The real threat, in my opinion, is when they get great VR tech whittled down to small glasses or even better no glasses (as in a Holodeck lol). That's probably quite a ways away though, obviously haha

I'll play devil's advocate and say they are listening to their fanbase. Please explain to me then why they are reporting losses when Square used to be one of the top publishers/developers in the industry

besides people screaming for a FF7 remake, people have been wanting a more traditional open-world FF for the longest and they haven't delivered that in a long while. It seems as though they're returning to form with FFXV, but we'll just have to wait and see
