As messed up as it sounds, after this buyout, MS is only going to be 3rd in gaming behind Tencent and Sony.

No. Free speech protects you from censorship from the government. Anything else it's fair game. You want to say what you want on someone else's platform, you're subject to their rules. They don't have to allow you to say what you want, because it's their platform and it's their right to set the rules for the platform they created.
They're not zombies! They're freakers. Totes different.

Or it's a pretty mediocre game and I think he'll be "meh" about it.
"So it's more based on the excuse that all Mo cap and voice work was complete and there was no budget for reshoots"
That was really explain some of the inconsistent voice tones used and inconsistent characters.
and short attention span.
Anyone else unable to not think of the name Uwe Bol when they hear about these games?
I seriously doubt the average gamer plays 29 hours a week.
This. Last time Assassin's Creed took a hit to sales, they stepped back and took some time to make some changes, mostly for the better.
What's wrong about the headline? It doesn't say anything about the cost or gamepass.
And beyond the crappiness of the games lately, now they're going full derp with NFT stuff too.
Wow. VI landed way ahead, which I can accept, but XIV was even ahead of that.

I don't think you're in the minority as much as others would suggest. Even if Forza there's plenty of people that are tired of all the super/hypercars and want something more unique than a Ferrari without a windshield.
@frostypants
"realistically it's probably gonna be an old Miata/MX-5 or similar, not some Euro econobox."
You'd be surprised. There's racing leagues for classic Minis. Nordic rallycross races (see Folkrace) often use old normal cars for racing. 24 hours of Lemons. These are just a few examples. There's lots of races available that use cars you'd never imagine being raced. (Hell, there's races for the CItroen 2CV.) They just ...
"I dont want to waste my time puttering around the track at 80mph"
That's what upgrades are for.
If the game was flooded with these basic cars and the sportier stuff was rare, I could see the issue, but I think it's fine if there's a nice balance. Forza, IMO is leaning way too much into the supercar/hypercar spectrum lately, and it's a bit exhausting. We get it. The 911 is a great car, but can't we agree we have enough of ...

This year? I doubt you have numbers for this year already. Last year? Ah, HBO Max which launched midway through 2020 had large growth? youdontsay.gif
Also, you're comparing apples and oranges. HBO Max and Netflix are just about streaming while what Disney has been doing is buying up other companies for their own traditional and streaming. HBO Max and Netflix have not been buying out massive companies for their content.
