Lol please. People are going to eat this game up regardless of EA involvement. I love how people think the vast majority of gamers give 2 shits about what EA has done in the past, they are still going to buy their games.
Not gonna lie - pretty much going to discredit any review that is actually a perfect 100. Excited for this game, but I cant possibly imagine walking away from it and saying its "perfect"
What a random list
That blows me away that a touchscreen shooter is so popular
2 buddies have bought the game make it sound like its been closer to an "ordeal" rather than a pleasure to play lol. Im so torn on this one - review sites seem to rave about it, yet other feedback is that its just not a fun game to play.
May wait for a price drop or borrow it
There are some awesome games for it that I do think everyone should play, but as someone who bought it full price close to launch - even I would say... keep holding out for that price cut. Myself/most of my friend group that have Switches get only a fraction of the usage compared to PS4/Xbox lately
Its interesting that it seemed to work for Death Stranding, but I would argue they absolutely bombed their marketing decisions on Days Gone.
That was actually a brilliant game imo, but the marketing of it was so poor imo I almost skipped it entirely. Had to rely on gameplay vids from other players to really get a sense of what it was about.
Yeesh. Sounds like the Samurai should have kept sleeping
I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO OUTRAGED IN MY LIFE AT SUCH A DESPICABLE ACT IN A VIDEOGAME

Im only about 15ish hours in, but can already tell the brevity of this game will be the biggest detractor for me. Writing is delightful, graphics and performance on PS4 Pro are far better than I expected and overall just a fun game to play.
But man I wish I wasn't going to complete it so damn fast (even while trying to take my time)
Nothing against Outer Worlds, but NV was definitely a step above imo. Im enjoying Outer Worlds so far for sure, but the sheer scale of NV makes this an unfair comparison imo.
Hey if you are having fun with it and think its worth the cost then absolutely do it. But yeah, I doubt you will find much support on n4g
Some of the changes in FO 1st are exactly what this game needed. The issue is being charged for them...
Its already a PR nightmare, and honestly its not like it can get any worse. Might as well make as much $$ while the game is still being played as they can - imagine thats somewhere along the train of thought here
Im still excited for my copy to get here, but not going to lie that is dissapointingly short imo. 30 hours for the main quest only is totally fine, but people reporting basically completing everything in that amount of time leads me to believe this is actually a rather small game
For that price, I feel like you would be better off finding some other HDMI upscaling box/solution rather than having it fit all in a cable. Still kindof neat though
Im going to miss the day when I can walk into a GameStop and actually look at games in hand, before then going back home and buying them on Amazon.
Totally unbiased, butather than digital tits I think it would be even better if they modded it to have Duke Nukem's face over them like in the picture
PCGamer could also just shut the hell up. Noone actually cares about this stuff, stop making up fake controversies
