Im taking the "better late than never" approach to this update. HI havent touched FO76 in forever, but honestly am thinking of logging back in to check this out
it looks ok, but honestly feels a bit clunky to me at about 15 hours in. Not as intuitive as other games, and as the article references the grid from like FFX, etc - I actually really preferred the system in past games to this is many cases.
Pixel Density <> Image Quality.
I love everything except the top curve. Makes it look a bit childish to me/toy like, when the rest of the controller is very sleek/modern styling.
Im going to give it a go - Grabbed 76 for cheap a while back and actually did have some fun with it before the repetition really hit.

I actually agree with the author here. About 5 hours into the remake and this feels like a nicely polished RPG, but something about it doesn't feel FF7 to me. Ive had the hardest time pointing to exactly what it was "missing", and im thinking it may very well be sense of scale.
Constantly zoomed into Cloud's detailed hair, or Tifa's very reasonable... abs, seems to distract from the overall scale of environments in the original
From everything I have read, Im going to pick up RE2 when the price comes down a bit, whereas Im likely going to skip RE3 completely.
The best part about Bunny Day is selling all of that shit and emptying out my storage of worthless and ugly bunny day creations and eggs today

Yeah I'd love for a way to disable it. Not gonna lie, it detracts from the game for me. Cant help but feel like a forced grind in a timed event is counterintuitive to everything this game should be
Used to really enjoy these way back in the day - but I imagine this must really be for a niche audience though nowadays. Glad to hear its making a comeback tho
