Otherwise, I'll just skip it. Why buy 5 maps when I can get MondayNightCombat for the same price?
Maybe if all the DLC gets bundled and gets a discount in Steam's summer sale.
BC2's digital prices dropped like a brick though. It was below $20 by the end of summer (August/September)
It depends on the publisher since they decide the prices.
I've never seen GTA/GTA2 being offered individually on steam. They're usually only available as a package and they're only included as a bonus since I believe the two games are made free by Rockstar anyways as part of their 'Rockstar Classics' volumes.

What it means is that it was the best overall game of the year. It was the best package.
The main point of games is to entertain, and SMG2 did it better than anyone last year.
MassEffect2 has story, but lacks in terms of fun gameplay. (Cover-based shooting is good, but not great.)

They're probably giving the timed exclusive DLC to the 360 because they were paid by MS or as part of a deal with them, not because they look down upon the PS3.
Though, I'd figure PS3 owners wouldn't be interested in buying the DLC anyways.
... Black & White was some of the most fun I had in a game. I still remember all the good times me and my 20-foot ape had, burning villages together and playing fetch with that one atheist.
Never played Empire:TotalWar, but I know tons of people that have poured a ridiculous amount of time in that game. Can't be all bad. =/
