Of course this is just healthy speculation. I don't think its a cardinal sin to show CGI but gameplay gives you a better idea of what to look forward to. Why does Zelda, one of the ONLY hardcore games available going casual? Miyamoto needs to get with it; casual gamers don't typically buy Zelda games. If your going to make the new Zelda another casual game, you might as well make it cell shaded and cartoony cause I'm not buying it. I would even call Twilight Princess too easy. I played it for 50 hours hoping for a challenge and found none.

I can't think of a game all week that has made me more excited. Kotor 3 (story) plus MMO functionality equals game of the year as far as I'm concerned. Here is hoping that the game is released multiplatform on PC, Xbox 360 and PS3:-)
There really isn't a comparison. The movies are also the same price so there is no advantage awarded to the PlayStation Video Store. I have Netflix and watch streamed movies frequently. I can list a few videos and shows I have watched or will watch Instantly:

If you want people to adopt the peripheral, include it in game(s) that use it and with new Wiimotes. Otherwise, your going to be pushing a product that most people will be clueless about. Include a game people will want to buy and not some dumb Wii Play game. The same thing should be done with the Animal Crossing Wii game. The game should include the USB microphone.
Ratchet and Clank Future was an excellent game that ended with a cliff hanger. Pay $60 game and wait 2 years to have your answers answered... or wait 6 months and receive a value. After all, I've played Marathon on Xbox Live Arcade and didn't get sick. Good thing too because I'm really looking forward to this game.
License issues are always an issue. Entertainment available to one region might not be licensed for another region. Same reason we get demos at different times. Big deal, unless you live in one country that has content locked for your friend in another. Does anyone know if the US and Canada are different regions? Sorry if its a silly question.
I didn't like it at first but then again its different. It kind of grows on you if you like loot hunting, leveling up, story, and cool looking upgrades. People saying they stopped playing it after 10 minutes haven't given it a fair trial. Even so...just because a lot of people downloaded the demo, doesn't mean they liked it like I did.
Also, quite arrogant of Nintendo assuming people would want their game over Rock Band or Guitar Hero. Nintendo always makes sure to promoted their games above and beyond anyone else developing for the system.

Stockholders and companies interested in making money don't have any loyalty. It is silly to assume they have any responsibility to any one console manufacturer. Square "switched sides" once already 10 years ago with going to Sony over Nintendo. They never technically switch sides this gen either; Xbox 360 is getting a port of the PS3 game.
But I dislike the Konami run online system. There is no reason the game couldn't have run on PSN. This is speculation, but Konami might have requested complete access to online access in return for complete MGS4 exclusivity. Anyone else think this is plausible? Regardless, MGS is one of the Sony franchises that should stay exclusive.
