As long as they are not pattenting game mechanics I am good.
I know this feature seems to be very important to many gamers however I would like to see friend activities on the explore tab like on the PS4.
This should not be promoted as it uses stolen code from the insomniac hack. Even if this will be released for free, don't support it with a download. Those modders should know better.
There really needs to be a law against scalpers. I wanted one of those toasters, but I am not willing to spend upwards of $80 for it.
I'm sure they said the same thing when personal computers were being introduced to the mainstream
Criminally under appreciated. It should be the best selling game on PS5
I would swap Returnal and MLB the show for Ratchet and Clank Rift apart and Elden Ring.
Well said
Okay, I am satisfied with the offerings this month. This is better than the previous months.
It is probably too early to speculate what will be included. The current-gen consoles have features I would have never imagined possible when they came out. The ultra-fast SSDs have made it difficult to play on previous-gen consoles as the improved loading times are significant.
From a business standpoint, I can understand why some developers want a console-free future. In the console ecosystem, you cannot sell more copies than the current install base while in the cloud ecosystem, the limit is set significantly higher.
As a consumer, the only change I would encourage is less exclusive games and content from second and third-party developers. There has been significant improvement in this in recent years however work needs to be done to push the n...
While the data here suggest that Horizon Forbidden West sales stalled when it was added to PS Plus, what I want to know is what impact the game had on the number of subscribers on the service.
Adding the game to a subscription service does not cut off all revenue from said game. Instead, revenue is then shifted to another form that needs to be quantified.
When I got my series X a year ago, I bought FF13 for nostalgia reasons but ended up being disappointed. When I first played it around the time it launched, I didn't have a lot of experience with final fantasy games, so I enjoyed it. Fast forward to when I played it again, I found that the game had many unnecessary filler moments instead of just giving us meaningful content.
The game is also very linear and a quote on the article said it best. "It is like a sewage p...
This is a disaster. To have the game actually leak on PC for the public to play 2 years before the release date is madness. Sony and insomniac may be under a lot of stress right now, but I hope they can pull through stronger than ever.
If there is one game they should have made money on it's Ratchet and Clank. That game was fun from start to finish. I hope this doesn't discourage them from making more games in the future.
The game will likely sell at $70 throughout the holidays going into next year.
That price is getting close to the budget of the Avengers End game. They really need to bring down the cost of developing these games.
I have no issues with what happened to the discovery content. I know that isn't Sony's fault and they have to respect the request of copyright holders. What that has taught people is that they should avoid purchasing discovery content in the future because they don't respect their customers.
What I meant when I said anti consumer is the significant increase in the subscription fee. When a sale was available on Black Friday, it was not extended to existing member...
I was hoping the game was going to look photo realistic like a UE5 game, however, it seems the visuals will likely look like Death Loop. The performance of this engine is significantly better than UE5 so hopefully the gameplay will be fun.
This is great for the developers. I haven't even purchased it yet because of a large backlog I am working through.
