There are at least 3 patches for sure coming. Go to the forums and look for the sticky, the devs outline what is getting fixed. Party system is one of them. Hopefully the camera goes back to the same angle as S:Con. To damn close atm.
If they gave store credit I'm sure the majority of you entitled gamers would still complain and want more.
A rerelease of a completed ShadowRun would blow Brink out of the water. Why it hasn't happened is beyond me. XBOX can use the multiplayer exclusive.

NRS rep yesterday said they will continue to release DLC outfits as long as the sales justify making more.
They want this to compete with SSF4 as top tourny competitive fighter.
At least 3 balance patches in the works. So far...

Brink is a bigger disappointment than the continued down time of PSN.
