x-box doesn't have 1070 levels of performance, the 1070 boosts to 2000mhz for starters and there's a difference in architecture between amd and NVidia
at best it has rx 580 level of performance, which costs around 200 bucks and is 6.1 TF and is made by amd the same people who put the gpu in the xbox
and if your looking for nos on the 580 you would need to pair it with an i3 cpu to get more accurate results

I suspect the next gears and halo may be held back for the launch of there next gen system, I also think that they have to launch at the same time as the ps5 are earlier, launching a year after the ps5 even if its more powerful wont do xbox any favours
