In some ways the buying is the easy part. Managing more studios efficiently and effectively is an entirely different story which Microsoft has a terrible track record of. Think about Halo b4 and after Microsoft purchased them or Rare. Both are a shell of their former self. They will run these studios into the ground, good thing most of these properties were already heading there.
