@JustTheFactsMr - Let's see, in the past months there have been at least a half dozen movies playing in select theaters in 3D ... can you say Avatar? To name the single most prominent movie to play in 3D. Do a google search, you'll be surprised at how many movies have been shown in theaters in 3D. Obviously this is not the same 3D that will be available to people in the home, but it gives a glimpse at what it may/would/could be like.

Sadly that's the way of the world, people form opinions without even seeing things for themselves. On saying that I've had the opportunity to witness it and I was impressed ... but being impressed and being sold on the idea are quite different. I believe 3D gaming (and 3D movies) are more of a gimmick right now. I got a code too but deleted it immediately. I don't have a PSP so it's pretty useless to me. I wish I had gotten a PS3 code back when they were running the beta ... oh well, won't be long before the game is out and I can go buy it :)

That all depends on their contract, if the contract states they get a bonus for completing game X by date Y and the meet meet the stipulations, then terminated or not they ARE entitled to those bonuses. But we don't know what's in their contract so can only speculate at this point :)
So they are saying that Zampella & West earned bonuses which they were going to pay them, but now they are not and are going to give them to whoever is left at the company. Isn't that against the law, they rightfully earned the bonuses and should get them regardless of where they are now. It's almost the same as working for someone and then they refuse to pay you for services rendered because you no longer work for them.

I can understand the uproar about this, I too like the aesthetic of opening a new game a seeing a manual ... and I generally read it (maybe not all of it though LOL). But I can see where the decision is coming from, it saves money for one, and it's a common known fact (not speculation) that the vast majority of people don't even read the manual.

Blizzard doesn't need to do this, they could just make the mount obtainable by some great feat in the game. But, as we all know, people will buy it, just look at the success of the current pets for purchase. Hell just look on ebay with people paying hundreds, if not thousands, for some of the rarer pets/mounts.

I actually agree with you Montralien, I'm doing fine healing 25man ICC without a dedicated AOE heal. BUT the addition of one would give us a little more flexibility and remove the idea the pallies are single target healers. I'm sure you've seen it yourself, people requesting Priest healers and turning down pally healers.
Love the sarcasm ;) I'm talking about a dedicated AOE heal. Holy Light requires a glyph to do fairly limit AOE healing.

Boycotting games never works. When they see a game sells badly they don't think to themselves "Hmm, maybe they boycotted the game because we're a$$holes and we're not releasing good products, let's up our game and make a good game for them next time" .... Nope, what they think is "The game sold badly because of PIRACY".
Don't take my word for it, look back at every bad selling game released in the past ... hmmm, decade. I'm willing to wager most (if not all) b...
I don't think the question required that to be sick of a franchise you had to have purchased the games. It's more a point of what franchises are you sick of seeing released, in the stores and advertised everywhere so you can't escape them.
