They could have acknowledged Microsoft's work instead of simply smiling as their fans went after Microsoft. Look where it's led. You guys want to discuss my previous predictions? Look at how often I'm right. About so much. This fight isn't going to go well for Sony in the courts. Microsoft has always been respectful of Sony's work. I don't think I've ever read a positive comment from Sony about Microsoft. You shouldn't pass off a trillion dollar company.
I meant to say I rarely come to this site anymore because of the bias. My history shows that. But everything else I said has often been rumored and if Sony's current efforts to block the Activision sale are made public it will probably bring years of Sony's efforts to kill Microsoft early on to light. Sony opened the door with their claims for Microsoft to show Sony used many financial and coercion tactics to hurt Microsoft despite already having a huge market and mindshare advantage....
You're lying to yourself or just don't know. Sony often told developers they couldn't be on Xbox and Playstation. When you're 60 to 80% of the hard-core market you don't have to pay developers. It wasn't until Microsoft built a market with the 360 that Xbox even got games like Madden.
It's a matter of time before Sony has a direct copy. Just like Sony fans said they wouldn't have exclusives on PC. Gaming is a business. And Game Pass fits sony's philosophy more than Microsoft's.
Nonsense. It didn't matter what Microsoft did Sony fans would have hated it. Even spending billions was met with predictions that Xbox would be sold off. There was no winning with many supposed gamers. Now they're taking a route you can complain about, but let's see how quickly you turn. Like now Starfield will be called bad by the majority of you no matter how good it is. You'll claim it's mediocre at best and you'll get it on PC just to try it out. Now no matter what...
For almost two decades Sony fans have laughed at Xbox constantly going on and on about where are the Microsoft games. No effort from Microsoft was ever judged fairly. You downplayed even good games because you could. Sony was, and still is, the sales leader. They used that position to coerce developers or sometimes force developers to stay away from Microsoft. Xbox owners went without many franchises because of the power Sony wielded. Sony fans said Microsoft wasn't committed to gaming an...
Sony can't afford to buy huge publishers like Activision. If they spend 69 billion on a single transaction they will be financially unstable. They would have to borrow 40 billion dollars so any major decrease in income would be devastating. Microsoft can make that 70 billion back in a little over 6 months. Without touching their cash on hand. Or they use half their cash on hand and pay cash.
Really. So Microsoft was immune from covid? They have a ton of studios who were all exempt from covid because Bill Gates has the antidote? That's typical irrational N4G logic. Smdh.

Redmond is in a country that still allows businesses to demand mask even though even Fauci admits they have little effect. They were still heavily limited in July of last year. Japan was one of the least restrictive places on earth. To claim ...
Remember when Sony fans said Sony exclusives would never appear on PC and I said they would? Well now we see that a lot of the Sony fans on N4G should never run a business. They are way too emotional.
We hear this every generation. There is probably never going to be another seller like the PS2 in the power category. There's competition now. Sony has to expect to share the stage.
You're kidding yourself if you think they'll see a decrease in console sales. Even if some hard-core gamers stop looking for a console casual gamers will suddenly see consoles available and snatch them up. And those casual gamers will be even more attracted to Game Pass than the harcore gamers who look for those day one releases. Another thing Microsoft could do is offer tokens with your Game Pass subscription. Say 5 tokens a month. Put games on tiers and allow subscribers to keep a f...
People who claim GP is the cause have zero understanding of how business works. Your belief is that the developer gave away most of their ability to make revenue on Xbox for nothing. A developer sells that right to Microsoft for an estimate of what they think they will make from disc sales. They still have the ability to sell disc on Xbox. They will still be selling the game after it is no longer on GP. If it takes $100 million to make a game and you sell day one rights for $25 million you mi...
That depends on what it says. It's inaccurate if Xbox wins a sales period. Accurate if Xbox loses badly. According to PSFanboy4Life.
I'm not on this site much anymore but it's nice to see most people here still don't read much
They need an immediate die shrink. If rumors of a new Xbox chip are true and they are about to shrink their chip there will be a lot more Series Xs available. I'm not sure what the increase in chips is per wafer but it's probably above 20% more chips per wafer. Microsoft always focuses on a design that can be quickly refined. We saw that in the constant refinements to the 360 chips from 2 parts to one being shrank. Then the other part was shrank and then they were combined into one pa...
If you race out to buy as many games as you say you do maybe the one making the mistake is you. If most of the things you bought could have been purchased for a $15 subscription fee you wasted a lot of money. GP is the definition of value for someone like you. Maybe be a little more patient and wait a month or two for things you haven't already played. I also wonder how you could have already played so many games from a list of games released day and date on GP. And money has nothing to d...
Remember when people used to say Microsoft was selling Xbox and leaving the games industry. I bet there are still some holdouts. 🤣
You act as if there is an unlimited number of X1s available for purchase. They sell everything they produce. Pretending that X1 doesn't sell is a desperate fan boy fantasy. These types of ignorant attitudes leave Microsoft with no choice but to buy publishers since a huge part of the gaming community is incapable of objective decision making.
Russia, Russia, Russia!
It's like the US promises that NATO wouldn't expand. I feel bad for the developers. But the rule of law or just plain old honesty doesn't exist anymore.
Is minecraft on all consoles? Microsoft is successful at business for a reason.
