All this talk about "60fps guaranteed" is so BS!
That primarily depends of Devs, of course the hardware helps. But the first reason why we don't see many games with 60fps is because Devs come to the conclusion, that hard work extra, will not get any/almost any boost on sales to their products.

As far i remember, from Valve numbers. Exist a pretty low number, of PC gamers, that aren't capable of running games in 1080p...
Why devs still think that bring mobile games to consoles is a great ideia?

It's obvious why Sony start the PS plus last gen. And if you look to this comment section, you will read a lots "I stop buying the Plus". If is true. That a lots of gamers are given up of Plus, Sony will do something about, but if it is not true? Got it?

In those situations, i like to see at least 2 hours of let's play to be sure if i buy it or not.
Exctaly, Sony not will compete with M$ on that.
First, it was Sony who start with that ideia;
Second, Plus still have more value for those that have 3,4 and Vita;
Third, start competition with M$ only will show that they are worried. Like it happen last gen, M$ only start with games with gold because they get worried about the success of Plus.
