Fallout was made in very similar fashion to Oblivion. However, even though lots of the mechanisms within the game were just like Oblivion, I don't think the game felt at all like Oblivion.

My problem is that the parasite infected undeads in RE4 and RE5, don't appear to be undead. They show anger. A zombie doesn't show any emotion other than maybe hunger.
Umbrella Corp. and Zombies are what made the RE series great. They should never have changed away from it.
