I have this model PS3 and I never, ever, ever, use the backward compatibility. The only time I ever used it was to check to see if my PS2 games worked in it. After than I never used it again.
I do, however, use the extra USB ports and card readers. I have 3 USB ports occupied practically at all times.
#4 has got to be the best one.
You can skip the movie when you see the whites of Visari's eyes.
Left out Valkyria Chronicles
You just ask them. PS3 has always had in-game chat. It just doesn't have X-game chat.
P.S.
You do realize that he is trying to get a rise out of Xbox fans, right.
If he wasn't referring to Xbox fans as "chatbots" he would find something else just as bad.
If you don't want a flame war it is best to just ignore stuff like that. But if you have some steam to blow off, have at it.
Everybody would rather be selling 10 games at 10 million each than to be selling 10 games at 2 million each. However, it takes more resources to sell 10 million units of a game than it does to sell 2 million units of a game. That is evidenced by the high marketing budgets of the large selling M$ titles. The point people are making is that Sony would rather take the same amount of money and sell games according to a different strategy.
Sony would rather take the same amount of ...
Easily, you just open your mouth and lie. Or in this case, use the keyboard and type a lie. It very easy. Watch this.
I'm Barack Obama.
I'm George W. Bush.
I'm Chuck Norris.
Boy, was that easy.
This is a big deal.
The only bundle that would be bigger is a PS3/Madden bundle. That would be the absolute biggest.
Halo 3 is the most hyped video game this generation by FAR. It is not ever close. Halo 3 had at least 3 times the hype of the second most-hyped game, whether you believe that game was Gears 1 or 2, MGS4, KZ2, GTA4 or any other game.
The writer asked...
"3) Price & Value
Why does it still cost $400 to buy a PS3 three years after the console's release?"
I know, I know. The answer is because today is just 2 years after the console's release.
Nov. 2006 to Nov. 2008 = 2 years.
Nov. 2008 to April 2009 = 5 months
So the PS3 has been on the market for 2 years and 5 months that is two years if you are rounding.
You guys are missing out. Buy it. Buy it. Buy it.
That's an arcade game. Xbox 360 doesn't have a future line-up as good as the PS3's, but they aren't that desperate.
Give me my 40 seconds back.
Screw this, I want Elder Scrolls V:(Insert Extra Name Here)
Why did this take so long? Seriously. Sony should have done this in November 2006 when it launched.
I wonder how many people will Modern Warfare allow in one room at a time.

"Are you confusing all those in-game cutscenes with actual gameplay graphics? I've played Uncharted several times through. Uncharted's actual in-game gameplay graphics aren't absolutely the top of the heap vs other graphically touted games."
I don't know what Uncharted he played, but that statement is wrong pure and simple. Uncharted's cutscenes are from it's game-play engine, which is why the cut-scenes look exactly like the game...
The reason I didn't buy fallout. Well the first reason was that I bought Valkyria Chronicles instead, but the reason that I don't buy it now is that Fallout makes me feel like crap when I play it or see played.
Everytime I see it played I can't keep myself from thinking, "My god that would be an awful time to be alive." The game is a bad fantasy. It's got mutated creatures and people running around; people living in squalor, barren wasteland, seemingly no sunshine, ...
Well, if it draws from Shakespere I don't guess we have to worry about the story being good.
I wasn't plugged into the Dreamcast world as some of you obviously were.
When I look back as ask why did the Dreamcast die. I look at the players in the market around that time.
1. Sony
2. Nintendo
3. Sega
4. Microsoft
Keeping the players in mind it looks to me like the Playstation God-stomped for two console generations and Sega was the only competitor who didn't have a secondary source of income outside of its console big enough to...
