GoW3 got a 9.3, so what are complaining about. Your clearly do not know what they mean by presentation.
For MW2 it would be the extensive perk customizations and options. For PD it would be multilayer customization mentioned in the video review. I have GoW3 now and I don't see an equivalent as extensive. OK, it may have less cheesy dialogue.

The team who made narbacular drop (apart from teleport, not quite portal - freely available to try) are a part of valve now.
