Ahhh i see, well being able to at least play some type of games is better than none. Though to be honest alot of single player games length is starting to come down from 18-ish hours to more like 13 hours on the average. I don't like RPG's myself to be honest and prefer basically everything else besides RPG's and FPS's. Though even i loved Dues Ex which was like a fine hybrid of the two genre's i don't like. Just remember not everything is for everybody. I think the main point of LBP is that it just looks really fun. That and the customization to build something wild and fantastic. I think it's something akin to a customizable and more fun toybox like when you were younger. You get these things to work with and you go wild with them and build whatever you want. It looks much better than the tech demo in my opinion. I was one of the people that was not impressed by the tech demo and i have to say the brief trailer of Heavy Rain has me totally stoked. The emotions conveyed on the characters face looks far better, but the lips and jaw area still needs work. Too much uncanny valley there. The story from what i read and seen seems to be the real sticking point for me, a sort of physcological thriller.

You know that old saying. You can't please everyone. They'll always be naysayers for any and everything.
That's something that really stood out to me in the interview. It really conveys the message to me along with other points throughout the article that he notices and thinks about a bunch of things. Not just if it's a cool idea but is it being used in the right context and how it could be further approved upon. It's pretty cool to see how humble and down to earth he seems to be from reading the interview.

I have a similar feeling. Right now i'm just feeing like "I'll see how it is when it comes out". I just hope it lives up to what i'm expecting in the back of my mind.
Hey thanks for that catch you guys. I'm trying to nurse a cold and sometimes i feel out of it and sluggish. But yeah next year will be a good year for Ps3 owners it's looking like with all the games that's coming out that's looking quite impressive. God of War 2 was amazing i can't wait for 3. Heavy Rain is definitely one of my most anticipated titles for next year. There's almost too many games coming out next year like God of War 2, Killzone 2 and Infamous. I just hope they are all spread out enough.

I know what you're saying. But i haven't seen any enemies flank you in what i've seen so far. Usually they stay back in cover. The first like 2 trailers i seen for the game the A.I looked really good with flanking measures and grenade tossing. But lately i just haven't been seeing the same intelligence. With the solar gun i'm sure it would be pretty easy because honestly there's a few frogs that don't shoot you. Mainly it's the last section when the mechanical birds start following you that you have to be spot on accurate. I didn't have the solar gun at the time, so i needed to use the twin barrel with airfoil rounds.
I'm on my third playthrough for fun since i passed with Foxhound on my second run through. If trophies come for MGS4 i sure hope they are retroactive. Because going through that motorcycle chase with my twin barrel shotgun loaded with air rounds was very difficult. It reminded me of the Bizzaro Kratos fight in GoW on God mode. It takes skill and a good amount of luck.

Skullomania wasn't that bad. Too bad Street Fighter EX WAS that bad.
Also the video didn't have Shun Goku Satsu (Raging Demon). Which knocks it down a few notches in my opinion.
I really do hope the A.I is toned down alot for demo purposes.
You don't just have KZ1 to base your judgment on. There's been quite a bit of footage released on Killzone 2 that you can judge as a standalone title like i have. I myself have never played or for that matter heard of Killzone until last years E3.
