Same for devs on Wii U, I'm sure.
Damn lets get normal VR headsets going well first
Perhaps the most astute comment I've ever read on N4G.
Confirmed, cliffy b working on Wii U title. That's how it goes, folks. This guy is only into whatever system he's currently working on a game for.
This game released at an awful time. Gamers stoked for PS4 are much less likely to settle down with a PS3 game unless they're GT fanatics. I 100% guarantee GT7 on PS4 will achieve 'normal' GT sales and alleviate any concerns about PD.
Might not have been a MS survey, but it's still MS's problem.
Those are ACTIVE users online. The steam user base is MUCH larger than that.
This commercial is for Japan? I hate to say it... i REALLY hate to say it, but this feels like such a MS commercial.
Weakened launch lineup yes but Sony knew NFS Rivals would be a suitable racer for launch I think. I know that gave MS the upper hand with racers at launch but when you see the difference that's been made with driveclub since delay, it was well worth it.
@matrixman92 nice stealth troll.
It's just preference. I like more fast paced close quarters combat and BF games to me are just too spread out. I totally get why people might favor BF over COD but both do what they do very well.
Whether you like PC gaming or not, PC gaming beating mobile is HUGE and should be good news for all core gamers. Anything to change publishers minds about focusing more on mobile is good.
Sadly, yep.
All this talk over ONE 3rd party exclusive that's only hypothetical at the moment? Guess you all finished 3D World pretty quickly.
Nintendo 1st party games have extremely long legs. Because they're good games? Sure... but also because what else are people going to buy for a nintendo console? It's 1st party or bust.
I think most of us were assuming 2015. Seems as though The Order will be Sony's main event in fall 2014.
I thought they were using the same engine on ps4 they've been using on ps3? This sounds more like a new engine.
More excited for this than I was GTA V. I like games with a direction and a purpose, not just stuffing the game with mediocre activity after mediocre activity for the sake of an ADD audience. Focused open world games are always better than aimless open world games.
Depends on the game honestly. There IS a market whether some want to admit it or not. A lot of people traded up their previous gen hardware to pay for next gen so its appealing to get those games back, plus have them look/run better.
I will ALWAYS prefer developers get on with making their next game but if they make re-releases, i'm sad to say that some I will definitely buy again.
Sad thing is, they didn't really have many exclusives that were first party. And most of what were 1st party were just silly games few would actually get excited about beyond a little nostalgia. It's not like they have some huge back catalogue of untapped exclusives.
But alas their pocketbooks are bottomless so they can just go write all the checks they want and get all the exclusives they want. With PS4 outselling XB1 like it is, the price to get stuff exclusively...
