No, because no other game do you see on N4G on --literally-- a daily basis with the exact same headlines saying "look at these incredible screenshots."
I guess I resent the articles, which in turn is making me resent the game. I mean, I love cereal, but I don't go posting every day on facebook how ****ing amazing cereal is.
These articles need to stop blanketing this as a general fact one way or another. Fact is, some people will be perfectly fine with 6v6, but others will and are disappointed with 6v6 because they thought this was a big open, shared shooter. It's neither good or bad, just depends on what you want titanfall to be and if it's matching up with what you thought it would be.
It's actually starting to make me resent the game, as illogical as that is, the fact that EVERY effing day there are 'look at these new screens, aren't they great!?' articles. Enough is enough.
I hope people realize Gearbox has NOTHING to do with this. It's the same franchise but that's about the ONLY similarities it will have to A:CM.
Loved the Kojima Report back in 2008 anticipating MGS4. Listened to it at work a lot.
Ah, sponsored by MS. Well that explains it. Nothing like crowning a champ when you're leaving out half the player base.
they put the music in the wrong part
I'm sure capcom investors are thrilled with them right now. What a weird thing to say. Where did they come up with that figure? No matter how you slice it, that makes them sound extremely ill-prepared for video game development.
well say goodbye to all that left-over holiday stock of xb1's.
Well both do have cars... other than that their directions are quite different.
They are definitely taking screenshots to a whole new level. I kid... I'm excited for the game just ready to play it and not see screens every day.
Key issue for most I think is that in the initial gameplay video we all assumed it was pvp. Turns out only a fraction was pvp and most was player vs. bots. That created a false perception as even I figured this game was more of an open, shared shooter game. Turns out very little is shared. Not saying that makes the game bad, it just knocks it down a few pegs to me.
Someone disagrees and thinks your PC can handle it just fine. They should know, afterall.
Another day, another "look how good CARS looks with yet another new screen". The game looks great. But um... is it ever coming out?
Dude, get out of here with that. People have opinions. Some are dumb, some are justified. It's the internet, get used to it.
I think from what I've gathered people want to play the game they saw at E3 with a lot of other people online. Not a world of 40+ bots shooting at you and with you but with a handful of others playing too. A little deceiving...
Honestly, if the vast majority of things shooting at you or with you are AI, then... what's the point of it even being online only? It's basically COD single player but with some coop. With titans, of course.
@joefrost00 Okay I looked it up. You may now present your facts.

This is the truth: Steam machines are so varied that no developer can target any specific hardware for them like a console. Therefore a Steam machine is pure and simply a PC. The true benefit of a console (despite being under powered compared to a PC) is that devs can target specific hardware, thus extending the life of the consoles far beyond what might be expected.
So a steam machine with equal power to a ps4/xb1 will NOT necessarily be able to handle the same graphic fidel...
Just my opinion but I bought an xb1 for forza 5, despite being severely disappointed with the roster being half of 4 as well as the track selection, but I figured hey it's next gen, gotta be good, right?
I don't think so. I've put in about 10 hours and I honestly am not impressed. I've said it before, but it honestly doesn't feel next gen at all. They did a great job rendering full interiors of cars, but beyond that it's forza 4.5. Only with half of ev...
