That's great that this game got a perfect score but you nintendo fans acting like "if you dont like this game it's because you don't have a Wii U" or trying to act like you're sorry for those who don't have one... just stop. These kinds of games aren't everyone's cup of tea and just because they couldn't care less about it doesn't make them a Nintendo hater. Some of you are so full of yourselves and act like you're the only 'real' game...
I mean... UT did have bots. Then again, bots were common in 1999.
PREPARE FOR B̶O̶T̶S̶ TITANFALL ;)
they bring it on themselves. This is what happens when you don't listen to your customers and instead build products around gimmicks and things that look good on paper to investors with no real world use.
And before anyone spouts off about 'they're trying to be innovative'... there's a difference between giving people things that are great that they didn't know they needed or wanted -- and changing things people love for the sake of trying to impress i...
It's funny, Last of Us is one of my favorite games of all time, yet even still I have no desire for the DLC. What I experienced in Last of Us was so special and memorable that I see no need to go back to those characters.
Problem is: weak hardware is weak. SDK can help but last I checked software can't magically make weaker hardware stronger. I'd also imagine if Sony were to release a new SDK that'd mean 1080p/60 would be standard across the board.
People have been experimenting with cheaper prices on everything forever.. they're called sales.
Played the alpha on PC... very intriguing game and they nailed that childhood feeling of 'what you imagine seeing in a dark house' and other scary thoughts. Very cool.
sounds like Larry is fixing to visit this guy with a check and an XB1.
@ people talking about 'not a big graphic leap', keep in mind not only does the ps4 version run in 1080p and have WAY better textures and effects, but it's also running at 60fps. We all know it could look better if it was next gen only but it's still nice to see MGS go back to 60fps. I've missed it.
The new update is a good step in the right direction for sure. They've always been good and efficient with their OS updates.
Battlefield has 64 players.... tanks, vehicles, copters, boats (am I missing anything) and runs at 60fps. So yeah, titanfall's graphics are less than impressive.
Ugh, please no.
My problem with the titans are the titans themselves. I think the game is fun until you get in a titan and then you feel big and slow. Not my style of fun. I know you don't have to get in them at all but then, well, just another bot running around. Which leads my to my second issue... and so on.
can't wait to achieve these trophies.
not enough titanfall articles...
"feel the future"
"resolution controversy makes little sense"
Well, increased resolution is part of the future. Otherwise we'd still be in 320x240 from ps1 days.
how is looking down at another screen benefiting anything or anyone?
I've played the beta a couple hours now and I honestly don't get the hype. The titans are perhaps my least favorite thing about it. I think I'd enjoy it more if it was just a more acrobatic COD, honestly. The titans just feel like you're a big, slow behemoth.
Gone Home is an experience more than a 'game'. I loved it, mainly because of the nostalgia of it being a house in 1995. But $20 for 1hr42m of gameplay (that's what I beat it in) wasn't quite worth the price IMO.
