Honestly at this point, I half-way expect a new crash system in the next update the way these guys listen to feedback from the community.

Actually there was a massive amount of (positive) buzz around Uncharted, TLOU and bloodborne after their reveals. I've not seen that with until dawn. That's not to say it won't be incredible or that it'll be a flop, but I don't see it being this huge mainstream success those others are.

DB pulled it off though. Sometimes guys are so good it's believable when they upset a bigger wrestler. HBK was one of those guys. It always looked like he was a split second from beating Undertaker. Plus there's always room in wrestling for that underdog role. But yes, those guys you mentioned are going places... unless, you know... vince....
That's the big problem for Nintendo in the home console market... they'll forever be a complimentary system. Were the NES, SNES, N64 or even the gamecube a complimentary system? No, all 4 provided a vast majority of the popular games of those generations, something the Wii couldn't do, something the Wii U hasn't done and likely something the NX won't be able to do. Luckily for the Wii they started a fad with non gamers and casual gamers. But that lightning won't strike...
Why though? The hardware could be twice that of ps4/xbo but it won't matter if publishers don't feel it's financially viable to develop for the platform (and if it's that much powerful they'd have to spend even more time on an NX version). Look at PC... PC games could wipe the floor with console games but do we really ever see that anymore? Nope. They're basically on par with console versions aside from resolution & framerate. Why? Because the time & resources ...
Why would either be worried? I've said this so many times on this site but here goes again...
-Nintendo have to prove to 3rd party devs why they should invest resources into making an NX port of XBO/PS4 games when the install base will be microscopic compared to XBO/PS4. (I.E. would it be financially viable for them to develop an NX port?)
-Nintendo have to go full on with their online gaming efforts if they ever want to be a true home to games like battl...

how can they get a golf game so wrong? of all the sports games EA does, golf by FAR seems like the simplest to do, yet it's so... limited in content and customization. HOW?
the real question is will a Nintendo console ever be a true standalone system in which you aren't missing out on 75% of the other games everyone else is playing? For quite some time Nintendo systems have been complimentary to the other consoles due to lack of 3rd party and proper online. A lot has to change for those 2 things to gain ground back. Starting a new console in the middle of a generation (again) doesn't seem like a smart option for publishers to invest time and money making...

It's so true. I can't believe how well it runs, AND supports 60fps too. And I'm super picky about latency, too. I can't do PS Now because (as impressive as the tech is) there's just too much latency to seriously game with that service. But when it's streamed locally through wifi/LAN, it's nearly flawless.
