YES. Love being a preview member on XBO and I'm really glad Sony is doing this for PS4. Now if they'd just start actually giving us what we're asking for.
I remember in 2010 saying to a friend "Man the PS3 is D.O.N.E. It cannot compete with 360."
It beat 360.
Take that as the underdog isn't always out or take that as PS is a super powerful brand that overcame an awful start... it's still interesting the turnabout.
It really does sound like you should give up on gaming then, honestly. I don't think it's for you.
Yes but that was mostly under Don Mattrick. Don't underestimate what can be done when a GAMER is at the helm. Phil Spencer is doing things.
MS & Sony have what Nintendo doesn't. A vast, endless lineup of games both 1st and 3rd party that majority of gamers are excited for. Nintendo's got an amazing 1st party lineup, just nothing else. You can say Sony & MS "need" a mario, but I think looking at sales, they're doing just fine.
No one really seems to consider that... what else ware Wii U gamers going to buy!? Of course they sell well. Not to discredit the quality of their games, but there's a reason Nintendo games never drop in price. They know that's literally the ONLY reason people are buying their console.
what's "Rip in peace" ?
Next year we'll see the "how the ps4 release of ROTTR saved the franchise"
Because the release window for it this year is one of the most poorly timed release windows I've ever seen.
as long as what is streamed from the cloud has an offline alternative (for example thousands of people with cloud enabled vs. only several dozen if offline) then I'm ALL for it. Just don't make an experience online only.
Believe it or not.. but I don't need a whole city to be destructible. destruction and physics can be awesome! But in no way do they directly correlate with how good a game is or isn't. Besides, a few hours of blowing up buildings and you'll be done with it. but will you have a good game left to enjoy after the destruction?
The cloud is impressive and the tech works... that doesn't automatically equal a good game. So far crackdown 3 is nothing more than a tech ...
dude it could be on 10 platforms... that'd still be 5.4m on EACH.
I'm hearing rumors that MGS V will release soon, guys! GOOD NEWS
How does this little thing compare price-wise to similar projectors? I feel like there are better deals out there.
What I'd love is to not beat it in a day. But I realize that's unrealistic.
Yes 10 is great for super linear games, but because this appears to be a bit more opened up, I figured that would allow for more gameplay. Does that make sense?
They need to be wearing headphones that are pumping in an arena full of people so they get their volume higher. There's a certain intensity you hear on live broadcasts that are never replicated in a game. Sounds like they're recording it in a silent booth and therefore their tone never suggests they're in an arena full of people.
That's disappointing about game length. I was hoping these more open areas would add more gameplay.
Edit: Not trying to be a negative nancy. Still super stoked for this, just was hoping the larger areas would add some length.
Obviously it'll be an improvement on 2k15. personally, I think the changes they've announced so far are nothing but good.
We all know the timeline for this stuff
rumor/leak of delay
rumor/leak debunked by dev, reassures original release
1 week later original rumor/leaked delay is actually true.
@donthate there are literally a thousand different ways to tell you how much more complicated it is than just "make more human relationships." The world isn't always black and white.
