Microsoft updates their firmware whenever a new hack is detected and they ban you console if they do detect a hack of any sort... most people I know that have hacked consoles have one hacked console and one normal system for XBL gaming... eventually it'll be much the same with the PS3...
USB 2.1 does not support the bandwidth capable of doing 720p much less 1080p... the limitations of USB 2.1 on the 360 are what holds the RGB camera from being a higher resolution... it does have to share the same bandwidth as all the rest of the devices connect to the system... I doubt there are individual USB buses... though that would be the best solution
high quality like their laptop battiers or their rootkit installer? Don't pretend to not be a biased fanboy... if you actually went around and tried to find out information about anything that isn't part of your Playstation brand you'd see that you live in a small world... I would advise you to expand your horizons and try different things...
there are going to be third party mounts... one is suppose to be for you exact problem... try a search for it
to clean or ears... or watch the video again because those are not "restrictions" those are mostly setup optimizations aside from the optimal 6 foot(putting at the top of you TV adds about a foot) it's all about making sure everything is go for setup
