Why wouldn't it, this is the same company the makes Windows OS/PC's and this is a smart way to use their ecosystem.
If the games look considerably better, like for example if Red Dead Redemption 2 looks obviously superior on Scorpio I may just end up wanting that version. I wanted to want a PS4 Pro but the power boost wasn't enough.
There will likely be lots of Wii U games brought over to the switch.
like the guy below said That's why it's good thing they launched in march by the time the Holidays roll around they should be more able to try and meet that demand.
Calm down you guys don't be puppets. Zelda's awesome this game looks like it might be neat no need to s*** on each other
If you don't care about the switch I don't see why you'd make so much of an effort to try and make it look bad. It's a week later If the problems were widespread there would be a huge outrage right now. I got a job with lots of downtime and it's so cool to be able to get big epic games like Breath of the Wild and Super Mario Odyssey and take them with me on the go. The friends I've shown it to so far all want one now. There are some games I'll prefer to have on Ps4...
I've been playing Zelda in portable mode only so far and have had yet to have a single hiccup with the system.
As you get older it's harder and harder to find time to sit in front of the TV for long stretches and because you have a lot of responsibilities you end up not even finishing a lot of games. with the Switch, it's awesome to be able to take the thing with me and continue big games like zelda when or wherever it's convenient.
More bait for the sony ponies there easy to get clicks from.
Switch is amazing.

l wouldn't take away points for frame problems unless they are severe. A game can always be updated but it's score would stay the same.
Those are legitimate issues but they're also only afflicting a small number of people who should just get their units exchanged. If 50 out of 4 Million switches had a defect that's completely normal and nothing everyone should be blowing out of proportion.
God forbid a company tries to do something different then the norm.
Because it's awesome and I wanted one. Mines has been flawless as has that I know who has one. You see a video on the internet and convince yourself that all of of them are broken just because your desperate from something to hate them for.
Being able to switch to portable mode and play a game on the go has made gaming more accessible. I hope Sony comes out with something like this too someday.
Take a look at yourself in the mirror and read you're comments, you're a crazy person.
You don't need most of that to enjoy a freakin game.
So effed, developers worked a long time on this. It's cool as long as people who use this buy a copy but most won't.
99% of the time it does.
It does feel quite nice and sturdy in the hand, but this is one hell of an oversight. if it's a widespread issue they may have to do something about it.
This is what you switch haters sound like.
