256 people at the same time. Youre in a squad of 8. Your squad meets another squad, you battle it out. If youre squad is victorious you should be able to then find another squad to fight.

motorstorm was packged with PS3 and is now the PS3's best selling game.
forza2 was packed for a while with the 360, and im sure its one of the systems top sellers.
it all depends on how you look at it, and what fanboy glasses one is wearing at the moment.
but to try and compare GT3 and GT4 to Forza is a joke. Those two where the worst of the bunch. Lack luster in every way. Only GT5 has any potential, because they should have learned from their last two mistakes.
GT1 and GT2 were both phenomenal games, and were so much better then GT3 and GT4.

in my opinion, if every one was making games for only one console those games would be crap. with no competition out there, whats the point of trying to one up the other. ie. Resistance VS Gears.
Sony's quality assurance would be so far below what it is now, that they wouldn't care about the crap that would be put on their system, because their system is the only one out there that one could play. hypothetically speaking 4years from now.

why not look up some XBL communities out there. A lot of communities popped up shortly after XBL came out and the annoying little kids, teenagers and yes even adults started popping up. These communities are moderated to the point that if youre ignorant they will boot you out. Most have game nights, etc... get involved in one and make friends that are to your liking. Then with a room full of fellow players your XBL experience will increase exponentially. I rarely play any public games anymore...
are times when I just want to immerse myself in a story, without having to see what my buddies are doing, where they are on the map, whose with me, whose not......
sometimes I dont feel like talking my way thru a game.

i dont think the game story line would make a great movie same as you. but the concept of Rhapsody and its decline, and a stranger entering the city via an accident. could make a great movie. it would have to be done properly.

the drunk driving or walking is more of an anti drunk statement. I support MADD and what they do. But when I drove drunk in the game, I thought to myself that MADD should jump all over this and use it as an anti-drunk driving message. only because it shows how difficult and stupid driving drunk is.

back in the N64 days screwed over their customers. If you wanted to play Donkey Kong COuntry you needed to also buy the memory (or something like it) pack in order to play the game. they didnt give a crap whether people liked it or not.
they gave you no choice, if you wanted to play the game then you had to buy the add-on.
should some developer do the same. ie, if you want to play this game you have to have a MS HD drive??

pundeled games should count. thats why wii sports is almost always in the number 1 position for software sales.
this is really the 1st generation of games on a console that can accept patches to fix them. so the developers dont have to put as much quality control in.
send out game, read forums, repare code. thats their quality control these days.
i think if we need to stop thinking of wii fit as game, which is not. and start thinking of it as an accessorie.
i doubt the amount of pixels will really make that much of diffrence to the game to make it a bad game??
to be honest I think a lot of the negative comments are from xbox fanboys who took a very big beating from the sony boys for halo3's resolution.
in the end does it really matter if its 665p or 1080p, as long as youre having fun playing the game?? (regardless of the game or system?)
but generally for the last 7 months, with PS3 having posted on VG charts better sales then the 360 the attacks have been quite subdued???
but now a big win for 360, and peeps need to CAPITALIZE their hatred for VG charts!!!!
