Betamax was the far superior product. Better picture quality, better sound, better then VHS by a mile. But, we all know VHS won. And the reason was price. Pure and simple, price. Not quality, not brand loyalty, price.
I think its too early to declare one format is dead over the other. I am not jumping in untill I see which one will win. So I dont support either side.

this is not a burn. When you say DirectTV hasnt been hacked, what do you mnean by that. Here in Canada its pretty easy to access DirectTV with a scrambler and an existing satelitte receiver?

its actually a great game. the story line is good, the graphics are good, the action is good. its not a "must buy" its a great rental!!!

what happens to those consoles you returned?? do they magically disapear never to been seen again. bestbuy or whatever store has to record the return of a product on their accounting system as a return. meaning their stock has to add up at the end of the day.
therefore + 1 unit in as a return - one unit out = zero.
also, if a company as watched by the securites watchdogs was to make an accounting error such as youre proposing, they would be sued within a fractio...
i dont remember how many cars there were in forza2, but i can assure that most people only used at max maybe 20% of the cars available. to think that in a racing sim youll be using all 300-400 or 900 cars is insane. for both forza2 and GT5 developers, please spend more time on the game itself!!!
what this means is that Ubisoft has earned their projected income for their 2007 fiscal year, and do not need any more earnings. Earning way above expected can make the next fiscal year harder to achieve. So they postpone their best games to be released in the 1st quarter of the next fiscal year.
ubisoft is notorious for this action.
