this game could be ruined as a remake. However, most of the people on this site are kids, and have never played this classic title, so a remake would be great for them.

if a gamer can't afford 14 cents a day for a GREAT online service, then they have much bigger issues to worry about. I mean, how many of us spend $50 in a WEEK just to out to eat?? Sure, free is always a good thing, but why gripe about such a little fee??

Now all we need is a patch to fix the glitches in Two Worlds. That is another great game, it just needs more work.
It's funny how many PS3 fans thought this game looked "awesome" a couple of days ago...now those same guys think it sucks...I wonder why?
But this game doesn't come close to Lost Odyssey (yet). Of course it still has loads of time to polish...and I'm sure will great come release. But Lost Odyssey is MIND BLOWING!!!
There were MANY games that hit the $80-$90 mark for Genesis and SNES, (Phantasy Star 4, Final Fantasy 3/6, Shining in the Darkness, just name a few) and that was 15 years ago. $60 is a steal for that much entertainment.
If you're not much for waiting, you shouldn't have gotten a PS3.

The Genesis retail was $250 at launch, and the SNES was $200. That's closer to the $300-$400 range nowadays. But you're right, $700 back then would have been a ball buster.
