Pretty much as expected...I actually prefer the lighting and such on the XB1 version...could just be the TV settings or whatever though....can't notice ANY difference in motion, native 1080p or upscaled 1080p differences can't be noticed by anyone...frame rate issues can, but when paused you can notice slight differences....however, it's curious that on a primarily MP game, IGN didn't even bring up the fact that XB1 will have FULL dedicated server support where are PS4 does no...
I think PS4 will take a rather sizable lead right out of the gate. However, as time goes on, people will see that there are advantages that XB1 has over PS4...most notably the network. It's easy to comprehend the advantage that PS4 has, having a more powerful GPU is pretty straight forward, however so far all that has done is make it so that Sony fans can say that Ghosts is Native 1080p rather than upscaled, but according to everyone that has actually seen both, there is little to no di...
Looks awesome....incredibly good for a large scale open world game with no load times and TONS of action going on at all points in time.
I love how this headline is purposely misleading and clearly fanboy bait...being as the NEXT LINE is actually the most important one, but the poster of this article intentionally left it out....well done sir...well done.
Good question...why do PS4 and Wii U also have day one updates?
Wait...you mean a $500 piece of hardware can't get 100% of the people in the worlds' voice commands perfectly 100% of the time? I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! Grrr so angry...I can't be asked to say things twice....I guess I'll just have to get that voice technology that gets everything perfectly from anyone the first time instead....anyone know what that is?
There is seriously little to no difference at all...I wouldn't be surprised if they are both PC and IGN is just testing fanboys. IF I HAD TO give an edge to one of the two, I'd say XB1 in this case...but even then, I have to admit that it could just be due to the lighting and weather effects that were going on during that particular video made it look better, or the snapshots that they happened to capture....it may not be an accurate representation...either way it looks like there is...
I liked the first and second Gears, but honestly it fell off, and the last one didn't sell well at all. After Cliff left, that series died...it'd need a major reboot to be worth anything to either system.
It's got the same issues that don't make me a huge fan of the KZ series...they look great graphically, but they are slow, sluggish, repetitive and the story isn't ever really engaging....I remember playing all the games in both series' (except judgm...
So....ONE EX ign editor (meaning whatever inside stuff he MAY have seen is old) says that the XB1 version drops in framerate...and it's a huge deal...there are 5 reviews with current game reviewers that ALL say the PS4 suffers from framerate drops and in the same article the 3 that mention XB1 say that it doesn't have the same issues...and we as a website choose to ignore all those guys and focus on the one that says XB1 sucks (despite no longer being on the inside)
XB1 is racking up the great looking videos lately...nice job guys!! (and yes they said 1080p...no one said it wasn't upscaled from 900p) Ghosts looks great despite being upscaled, this looks great, BF4 looks awesome, Dead Rising 3 vid looked awesome...and Assassin's creed looked amazing too, and they all run so smooth....can't wait to jump online with a few of these games.
WOW...It looks amazing, and so smooth. I had to tell my gf, sorry, but after Nov 22 you won't be seeing me for a while...I'll have to stock up on Wii U games for her...
For being such an open world game with no load times and SO MUCH going on...this game looks amazing...well done!!!
...well cause the reviews that said PS4 was having framerate issues also pointed out that XB1 wasn't. You should have read the reviews..it said it right there.
Would be nice huh? Instead...like their network service, they have neither
Quality not quantity.
Most of the controversy is just rumors that PS Fanboys are trying to spread, the other things aren't nearly as important as they try to make you believe....I have to be honest though...the more people try to discount MS/XB1...the more it makes me want one...counting MS out is a REALLY REALLY stupid idea...and if MS gets off to a bad start, it will only benefit XB1 gamers during the run. Besides, if you step back, the bigger picture still has XB1 looking better....most games look better o...
Exactly...99% of the time its some rumor that never ever gets confirmed from a source that isn't credible...and then when it gets disproven...there isn't a word about it here on the site....but since this site is overrun with bored PS Fanboys, all these rumors instantly become "fact" and no one ever tries to actually get the truth.
Yeah...based on this video...not sure if there are issues such as contrast etc....I'm not sure how anyone can honestly say that the PS4 version looks better than XB1...but whatever, either way, they both look great and are quite a bit better than last gen.
It could be, but they bought the service 2 years ago and due to issues haven't been able to release it. MS's latest server "update" costs more than twice of all of Gaikai combined. Not to mention that I know MS already has a game streaming service that they are releasing as well called RIO that can play full AAA titles like Halo 4 on a phone.
Sony potentially announcing one game doesn't mean that XB1 is doing absolutely nothing but waiting for Titanfall...esp since XB1 actually has the stronger launch lineup and more exciting AAA titles already announced... come on dude, use logic, it's fine if you like Sony and hate XB1, that's your choice, but at least do it based on facts and logic, not just some random slander that isn't true.
