I'm playing this game right now...on XB1, and I can tell you that the game is still fun (I forgot how much fun, should have been in GOTY running), and it looks amazing, all the online videos do it no justice. I have no idea what he means when he says it looks sluggish...it looks FANTASTIC, and I was actually worried that since neither version is locked at 30fps that it would get sluggish at points....not even close so far...it runs smooth ALL the time. Admittedly this list has the only two exclusives that I cared about, but the more I learn about Order and Deep Down, the less I like them. Witness may not be an exclusive, so that won't "win" anything.
It's actually the opposite, they said they were aiming for 30fps, but then when they realized they could do more on both consoles they did. PS4 hits close to 60fps most of the time with dips here and there, where as XB1 hits close to 45 fps with dips here and there. Sweet, Outlast is one of the few PS4 console exclusives that I was looking forward to...my steam account is all messed up and I can't download it.
I haven't played it yet, but judging by everyone's reaction...this game is amazing and even the biggest nay-sayers come back loving it...so I'm sure it's fine. But I see the bots and the titan count down both as genius attempts to try to minimize campers...something has always plagued COD. By letting players know that you're being timed to get your titan..and that going out there and getting kills will help you get it faster/on par with the other team...it makes players ...
