Looks like there is a possibility that "the stuff that couldn't make E3" will get shown at PAX (if there is something to show ready by then...it's just around the corner). It's always good to hear more and more great news, esp when it relates to more good games. Lately MS has been dropping hints of ALL SORTS of great things coming. DX 12/11.2, being able to stream full games like Halo 4 to mobile devices (based on the demo they did last year, DX 12 making mobiles wor...
This isn't surprising at all, XB1 owners are still playing TF as evidenced by the fact that it's still number 3 on the list, and like Phil Harrison said last week, TF gets played an average of 5 hours a day....XB1 owners don't have time to play MGS (I bought it, but have spent a total of MAYBE 20 minutes playing it). PS4 owners on the other hand were in the middle of a little games drought and looking for a game to play when these two came a long....these sales aren't really ...
Both versions look great. It's just a youtube comparison, but seriously there is practically no difference at all in these videos, definitely nothing to brag about. Even in slow motion on a computer screen less than a foot from my face it's hard to find any differences. This topic has gotten blown way out of proportion, the horse has thoroughly been beaten to death. This game is supposed to represent the largest gap in graphical difference between PS4 and XB1, and there is nearly ...
What are you doing posting an article like this on N4G?? :p do you wanna get lynched? You can't go around here saying that Kinect is justified, and you sure can do that in comparison to a Sony product. People are gonna lose their minds around here.
That being said, I do see where this is going, simply from the stand point that in order for Morpheus to work, it will need a device that captures motion...like a camera. Being that all XB1s already have a camera, this is on...
I think it's too early to tell really. I'm sure MS will dig deep in their pockets and try to get the deal from EA again like they did this time. Not to mention that Respawn continually states that this game cannot run P2P and will need a large dedicated server/cloud compute support backbone, which would require a huge update by Sony....not impossible, but depending how fast TF2 comes out, more unlikely if it's less than two years.
Hopefully TF2 isn't rushed....
I admit, the bigger picture does seem to be coming together. An extremely expensive custom built piece of hardware that not everyone fully understands yet, a driver that was made in conjunction with all the major graphic companies for years, nothing but high praise from all of those that are on the inside. The fact that MS started demoing playing Halo 4 on a handheld phone using streaming over a year ago with 52ms ping, then bought Nokia, then started working on getting XBL onto iPhones an...
Seriously? Everyone knows that Sony does not make the best TVs anymore, it's all Samsung.
Nice, loving that devs and those that know have lots of nice things to say about this. It means games will only get better.
Huh? Bungie leaving was one of the best things that could have happened to the gaming world. Now we have this amazing game to look forward to, and Halo getting stale with ODST and Halo 3 has now gotten new life back into it with Halo 4 (the best in the series so far). It's a win for everyone. Destiny will be awesome, I'm really really looking forward to it, I just don't get the title. Why would Titanfall be the next Halo? Why can't you like BOTH Titanfall and Destiny? Y...
I'm really excited about his game, looks awesome. There are so many games I wanna play this year, but I'm gonna have to find a way to squeeze it in with all the other games. I'll grab this day one on XB1 for sure....lots of games to be excited for this year no doubt. Great time to be a gamer.
I didn't even realize anyone was still going on about this till Penello denied it.
Good to see that most devs (including ones that aren't in this post as well), even Sony Devs are excited about DX 12. Means it must have good thing. I'm not a dev, so I have no idea how to make games, but I like when Devs are generally excited about something that can make games better. My only wish is if there was someway that games could use both DX 11.2 and DX 12 or if DX 12 included easy to use tiled resources. Games would get NUTS real quick.
Exactly, MS has always been an innovative console company, that's why we now have Broadband, Achievements, Motion controllers, Massive dedicated server support, cloud computing and, game streaming as a mainstay. I'm sure MS will/is doing this right. They don't need to worry about anyone else. I like the AR aspect the seem to be taking...kinda like including the "illumniroom aspect into VR
Pay no mind to maji...based on his/her comments they're clearly ...
And this folks is why we have betas... :)
Good, this is how E3 should be, just focus on games and new features. Hopefully the time will be used well, I'm excited so far...lots and lots of great things that I already think I know, but want to know more about, and lots of stuff that seems like it will surprise me. I have no doubt that there will be DX12 demos, a great Cloud Demo, and potentially MS's AR device...one thing is for sure...history has shown repeatedly that MS is the company that knows how to pave the way and inno...
Nice, pretty basic interview...but the part that is awesome is that in addition to being happy with the Titanfall sales is the fact that the game is getting an AVERAGE of 5 hours of game play per person per day......good to see that users are still loving it as much as I am. Good News.
I played the main game and liked it, but had too many other games to play so didn't stick around for the DLC,, it appears that's a good thing, cause they are all getting really bad reviews.
I'm actually REALLY looking forward to this game based on what I have seen so far. It looks awesome.......SOO MANY GREAT GAMES COMING!!!
K, I'm not gonna buy Flower.
I'm ok with this.
