Nice...take the best game on the market and make it better.
I know my OPINION isn't gonna sit well with everyone, but since everyone else here is talking about theirs, I will express mine as well. For starters, I got this game at midnight when it came out, I played it and loved it...I'd have given it a 8.5/9 out of 10. The story was great, but I didn't like the end, MP was a waste IMO, and the voice acting was superb. The gameplay was good for the style of game that it was, but it wasn't overly creative or anything, and there was ab...
Please disregard this post.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I'm at 43 our of 50 and I want to do it legit style....hopefully I can make it hope and finish before the patch arrives...that or maybe I can get it before installing the patch.
Nice. Another impressive demo of cloud capabilities, it's good to see that this and DX12 each add their own benefits to gaming. Now we can just hope that gaming companies look into putting both of these things into good use. With games already starting to look better early on in this console life, and devs already starting to be more efficient with ESRAM it looks like games will be running at 1080p/60FPS all the time. Already games like Wolfinstein are, and the Crew which is an open w...
Pullin out the big guns.
Although Dlacy has a point...this is horrible reporting. Everything is taken out of context and just assumed, it appears there isn't even any sort of confirmation that the game is even being considered.
Has anyone else seen that meme that was floating around that said something like "A roadrunner can run 18mph a Coyote can run 35 mph, I've been lied to all my life"
Actually looks rather good, if I hadn't already played and gotten used to the next gen version,I'd be happy with this one.....however, now there's no way in hell I'd take a step back.
At this point, still way too early to tell IMO, it's all speculation at this point. If we are judging by how things are going today....no...there will be another gen IMO.
It's fine to be somewhat skeptical at this point, but on the other hand, to be in flat out denial of it is just as foolish as being 100% it's true. We don't have 100% proof either way at this point. I doubt that it will lead to GPUs being twice as fast IN PRACTICE...maybe in theory and the potential is there, but that could create heat issues. The thing that makes me believe the "pro" side a little more is that they ALL have experience in using/help developing it (whe...
Well you see Mr Troll, it doesn't run at 720p it runs at 792p. The cloud has nothing to do with graphics on this game, it controls dedicated servers and AI computation, which it does beautifully. Now judging by the fact that you think it has a framerate "issue" I see that clearly you haven't played it. I've played over 60 hours, and I can tell you that the framerate does occasionally dip when there is a TON of stuff going on all at once, but it holds steadier than COD ...
I'd take an invite Sevenwords
Good
Well to be fair, most of the hyping isn't actually coming from MS, it's like NVIDIA, AMD and Devs...true MS is happy about it and has good things to say about it...but other than revealing it at a conference...when they talk about it, it's usually in regards to a question that was asked...like here.
More importantly, based on ..what we know about it, and the fact that a lot of 3rd parties seem LEGITIMATELY excited about it...not "paid excited"...it seems like it&...
Why would it EVER be too late? Not to mention XB1 hasn't even been out 5 months yet...so no, it's not too late. This would also mean that all of Playstation Now/Gaikai is too late...I don't think very many people would say that any of these things is "too late".
Titanfall did sell more than infamous in the UK (and worldwide). The fact that even with an extra week of "getting old" Titanfall is only selling SLIGHTLY less than Infamous is impressive. If inFamous sells more than 19,480 games next week,...THEN it's possible that inFamous is closing the sales gap with Titanfall (unless TF gets a resurgence for some reason).
@sethry Titanfall is selling well compared to PS4 games or not, it doesn't have to be compared at all However, it is rather impressive that a new IP is selling this well compared to a well known IP (even with an extra week of naturally declining sales).
We are just looking at numbers, which are helpful of course, but can also be misleading. 250k more PS4s have been sold in US, yet only 40k more games during a period where the PS4 heavy hitter is more "fresh". The f...
Well I'm not a dev, so I don't know about doubling performance either way. Of course that would be great, and any true gamer would welcome the doubling of performance on a console by simply using a different driver when making the game. It would stand to reason that if performance was doubled, then pretty much every game would be able to run at 1080p/60fps (although it wouldn't take a full doubling I'm sure, being that already it looks like many future games will already be ...
99% of the time Titanfall has EXCELLENT connection, the fact that this article is getting approved at lighting speed just shows how much people want to jump all over it any chance they get. Older articles with no approvals and the article right after this talking about how good the cloud is has two...then all the sudden here is this article with a spike at 9 in 30 mins. It's the internet, it's not perfect... By no means is this representative of the Titanfall typical experience.
Of course, if you haven't played Last Of Us...this is a no brainer...yeah you should get it, and it i'll help you pass the time till other games come out. However, if you've already played it...not really worth it. It was a great game, but really a one time through sort of thing. So far the graphical difference doesn't look to be a huge deal...and if you already know the stroy, the gameplay won't hold your attention. It was a great game, but don't let the fact tha...
