I happen to like the Kinect, not for gaming, but for other things...but that's just an opinion...but what happens if soon here the XB1 does 1080p/60fps consistantly, has a better network, and is able to gather the better line up of games...and has a price drop?...then the Kinect is just an extra feature right...it's like getting a much better PS Eye, but for free at that point.

Being cheaper certainly helps, but I think it's more of a PR thing really. MS shooting itself in the foot and Sony taking advantage of that and convincing people that if they are true gamers, PS4 is their system. ...Really it's just about playing games no matter the system IMO. All good points to consider, but it's too early to trash what he says or believe it whole-heartedly. The beginning of the console cycle is always the most tumultuous. It'll take another year or two to see things start to settle in. All it'd take is a price drop and DX12 and/or Cloud processing to do just a fraction of what their CLOSED demos showed and things can even out really quick. MS Game development side of things already seems to be on the right track.

Titanfall was just one game, it's a great game, but it won't do it by itself. In general the biggest issue is still fighting the $100 difference. A price drop might make things more interesting. However, if the DX12 and cloud do just a fraction of what was demo'd and MS keeps lining up exclusives like it looks like...it'll get really interesting. Pretty solid list, I'd add MAG, and SOCOM Navy Seals, but take away Resident Evil 6 myself (wasn't the best in the series, but better than 4 and 5 IMO). I'd also add Too Human. It was super hyped up until release and then just didn't do very well...although I do like the setting and such, so if they completely scrapped the gameplay and re did this game as a first person RPG or MMO it could be awesome. I'd also add Crackdown 2 (esp compared to Crackdown 1), and Killzone ...
