The news here isnt the frames or dynamic rez on the Xbox One, is that the game will most likely come to PC, like we all been talking about.

Therefore, this time, Microsoft didnt downgrade nothing.
The PC version will get better rez, frames, AA, effect and will be the definitive version.
The Xbox One will also be good, but is just a bit less sharp, more washed, because it lacks the raw power to match the PC version.

No it wont. The PS4 breaking records, is cheap, plug and play, got true exclusives.
