The game didnt failed, but its not groundbreaking and will not set any kind of standard.
It got too much hype and in end its a good game, but nothing more.
The fact that is short and got low replay value its hard to overcame. The lack of MP is also a big problem.
Maybe Remedy can do a better job with Alan Wake 2.
Microsoft by opening the door to PC change the fact that gamers dont need to play on the xbox one to get the exclusives.
I have no doubt that Gears 4 will also go to PC.
They have another problem, none of the exclusive they launch, that you cant find on PC, sold well. They are losing the crucial system seller.

This game runs at 720/30 and its not rock solid 30 frames in 2016. This was already explored and there isnt a need to bring this back...

No one wants a new machine to play old games. Its just as simple as that. Its cool feature, but nothing more.

It not a gamechanger that many thought it would be. We got the longest gen with the PS3 and Xbox 360.
This could have some impact in the start of the gen when there are less games. And even there...
Gamers want next gen stuff and if this was a big deal the Xbox One would be selling much more then the PS4 and the reality is that it doesnt in any market.
I hope for a next gen engine this time, SP and much more content from day one that the last Titanfall.
