I've never understood their business model. If I was a hacker/programer how does buying a Ouya help me when I could build my own system to work off android?

In all honesty the 360 already does Bluetooth, its on their own private frequencies instead of public. Now that the format war is over, and royalty rights for blue ray tech have lowered they will include blue ray. It will be capable of 1080p with 3d as an optional turn on, simply because Microsoft doesn't produce tv's unlike other console makers that would profit more from the push of 4k.
