They're even shamelessly tryin to use this situation to move traffic to their website. Wow, how despicable!
Couldn't have said it better myself. Gamespot is scrambling like mad for anything, any sympathy. How pathetic; well 'UCK 'em - 'uck 'em all!
You pimping out your Sis? O.o
.. sadly there are still morons in the community that'll still support GS no matter what.
They're all the same: 1UP,Eurogamer, GT, EGM, IGN. They all follow the same business module. If you actually believe there are prominant gaming sites that don't do the "incentives" game then you are trully naive.
Gamers have become pathetic sheep to these review site and they know it and abuse that trust. Don't be a fool to these sites.
lol, bubbles to you good sir, bubbles to you.
Let the moda'uckers burn.
Bubbles!
They're all 'uckin morons anyways. I remember all of them dissing & mocking the PS3 like mad so I aint losing sleep over these douches.
'UCK 'em all & 'UCK gamespot.
2 weeks before this game launches MS and it's fanbase are going to go INSANE with their negativity. This one is going to put all the FUD from the past 3 years to shame.
It's going to be INSANELY massive, their going to throw everything at Killzone2's launch period. We're going to see editorial reviews giving giving this game 7.5s and 8s like crazy and also one or two 5.5s even thought the game will set FPS bench marks like crazy.
Tighten those buttcheeks & Br...
"Insiders" that chose to leave out their names are cowards and full of total BS. He/she is jsut a lacky that GS/Cnet sent out in an effort crub this mess and have some sort of damage controll.
Every single gaming media outlet is doing it. That's what they do to keep competitive. If you think the likes of IGN or GT or 1UP are better then what just happened to Jeff means nothing at all cause the community still can't see that PR groups significantly influence ALL editorial gaming reviews for this gen.
haha! gosh, the competition is and it's fanbase seem to be getting rather desperate. Sony's PS3 is poised to lay a massive smackdown next year. It's not going to be pretty for it's competition at all.
This thing is going to be a massive hit. It's definitly going to be one of those features that will at sometime become a standard for forums.
Incredible, simply incredible.
and people actually get excited by frikgen Miis?! Wow, this blows every other thing off the planet. Outstanding.
This has been happening for the better part of 3 years now. I first noticed this trend in late 2004.
Cause he follows protocall. Ever wonder how in over a year no PS3 exclusive 1st or 2nd party games have ever gotten a 9 or higher on GS? Only 3rd party multiplats that have the 360 as their lead console have 9s and 9.5s on the PS3 library with them.
Look at Assasin's Creed getting 9 on GS but a game like LAIR that had a better story line, better gameplay variation, much better technical prowess (cause it had way way less bugs and/or glitches than AC) and better all round gamepl...
This is how editorial reviews are done nowadays and anyone still thinking these sites are legit with their reviews is indeed a fool that can't be helped.
Editorial reviews are meaningless nowadays, they're just a projection of PR groups behind the scenes work. Anyone lookin to editorial reviews as the best source of info is trully naive and foolish.
how tetris is so additive. How old is this game and gameplay? and I still can't get enough. This has go to be the highest most replay valued game ever created.
I have no clue if this was the work of a genius or an absolute fluke from a genious mind all I know is Tetris is probably the greatest game ever concieved. It's replay value is astronomical.
You obviously haven't been on any gaming website PS3 forum in the last 3 years.
How anyone willingly buys a ridiculously faulty system over and over again but says it's competition is crap.
Wow, MS are trully masters at mind controll marketing.
but what other great game was lynched by reviews cause it threatened some other game? and was given grotesquely lower than warranted scores?
Look around and open your eye people. If this doesn't at least make you raise an eybrow then you are the kind of fool these editorial gaming sites bank on. ALL of them, 1UP, GT, Eurogamer, IGN etc all of them follow the same crooked business module cause they all need to compete.
It was obvious since late 2004 that things we...
