While the Wii was very successful and profitable, the majority of the games were trash, and I spent 97% of my console gaming time last gen on PS3 and Xbox 360 and 3% on the Wii. That to me, as a gamer, isn't successful for Nintendo in the least.
CoD runs at 60 FPS (at least on PC / PS4 / XB1), that refresh most likely isn't attainable on Switch, unless if you want PS3 / Xbox 360 ports, than yeah, sure. But maybe only in docked mode, which could be problematic switching between handheld and docked state.

MGS 4 had 30 minutes of gameplay? Idiot. The world record speed run is 1 hour 32 minutes, but that's not a normal playthrough, almost no one in the world can pull that off (hence, it being a WORLD RECORD). A normal gameplay time is around 7-8 hours, an experienced gamer can beat it in 3.5 hours.
As for the cut-scenes being 10 hours? Once again, hyperbole from an idiot, its actually 8 hours. You're fudging the numbers on purpose to try and make an invalid point. But you failed...
I actually played the game two days ago for the first in years, and I simply couldn't get past the old dated controls. I wish there was a mod to change the movement layout so I could replay the game comfortably again. :(

Unnecessarily large open worlds that are a chore to traverse.
EXP grinding (waste time fighting infinite brain-dead enemies with PS2 levels of AI just to earn more skill points).
Equipment upgrading (waste time picking junk off the ground to improve your weapons and armor).
Not just one skill tree but MULTIPLE skill trees (the laziest game design ever).
