I did a count give or take 1 or 2 it's 71 for xbox 136 for PS4. So basically double for PS4.
@Notwithrocksteady
You miss the point. Having software dedicated to processing physics for games is not a good use of time and money. When Crackdown comes out if it still uses the cloud and isn't Scorpio exclusive and isn't using the hardware to process the physics it will need to sell massive numbers of units and will need to have a massive amount of micro-transactions to pay for it's own upkeep. It's not going to be like a MMO that has a sever network i...
Your confusing cloud computing with power of the cloud hype talk.
Cloud computing is real. it's used to make calculations on a server to do calculations that aren't latency based.
Power of the Cloud is Microsoft hype claiming to be able to perform real time calculations over peoples home internet. It hasn't been shown outside of closed demonstrations. It's yet to be shown in the real world over the internet when things like limited net...
If power of the cloud is such a big deal why is Microsoft pushing the Scorpio? Why have they all but stopped even talking about it?
"Yet as of right now xbox games on PC are slim pickings."
Let me edit and correct that.
Yet as of right now xbox games are slim pickings.
Fixed. No need to thank me I'll do this one free of charge.
P.S. A lot of us won't have to buy anything to play xbox games on PC because we already have PC's that are stronger than Scorpio.
Haha that gif is great and also harsh but true.
It's unfortunate that Microsoft has gained such a strangle hold on the PC OS market. Most people globally would prefer an alternative but when 99% of all software is for one OS sadly there is little people can do even when they want something else.
What does that even mean? Outside of North America and a few countries in Europe most stores don't even stock Xbox because no one wants them.
Anyways good luck not getting outsold two+ to one worldwide.
Switch. I already own a PC
Well The Last Guardian did better than Dead Rising and Uncharted 4 was the highest rated exclusive even after having been on sale for 8 months. So I'd say Sony is still doing better than the competition.
I'll tell you how it plays on my PC while I play over a dozen more exclusives on my PS4 and Breath of the Wild and a bunch of Mario games on my Switch.
@bg116
The release doesn't matter we know for a fact they are going to be released. And I'd like to point out that Sony has more exclusives with confirmed release dates in the first four months of 2017 than Microsoft has games with confirmed release dates for the entire year.
@bg116
"Sony has shown their hand already. Don't expect much more unnanounced software from them for awhile. I wouldn't be surprised if their e3 is a rehash of just about everything from 2016."
I've heard this before... and it was just as wrong then as it is now.
@bg116
"Sony has shown most of their first party hand of cards already, most likely extending to holiday 2018. Don't expect much more previously unnanounced software."
People said that last year too about both E3 and PSX, and they were totally wrong.
I'd rather have a Switch with Breath of the Wild.
I'd rather buy a Switch with Mario and Zelda. Especially since the Switch will be a lot less expensive. Plus I can play all the Xbox games on the PC I already own.
I'd be fine with just Sony and Nintendo and PC
Well for one its not just quantity it's variety. Sony has games that appeal to all sorts of gamers. I plan to buy at least three games this month Yakuza 0, Gravity Rush 2, and Tales of Berseria and probably Fate/Extalla sometime down the road. When I am having fun playing them it's not going to matter how many units they sold.
