That is probably right cuz if we remember the interviews Crytek has said that they are working on the console version of the CryEngine 2 but when asked if it was for a console version of Crysis they said that it wasn't for that but for "other projects"
which could be any other gamer or licensing the engine like the UE3 (that is why the use of "prospective publishers")
Jericho is a game that has more faults (aka HORRENDOUS design flaws and poor dev choices) than good parts specially the part when they forgot to put and ending to it or actually useful AI...more than 5 different enemies...and I can go on for a good while
I think at the end the only thing good you can say about Jericho is that it had....fantastic and detailed character models?...and well blood and guns?
its sad that a game with MASSIVE potential ended up being SO ...
After the atrocity that was Jericho I find it VERY hard to get hyped about this -_-
NVIDIA has already started doings its part when they decided to lower the cost drastically for high performance and everything started with the 8000GT and the new 8800GTS that provided the same performance as the cards twice the respective prices and if the keep this excellent price scheme with the 9000 series that already started with the promising 9600GT things are looking pretty good
specially for people wishing to upgrade at a low cost and have very good results
They are pretty sweet :D thank god there isn't too many Multiplayer achievements XD

I think the author needs to play Titan Quest to find out that YES you can do Diablo 3 with 3D graphics and don't sacrifice the gameplay or feel...well as long as you don't do a Hellgate London "3D" -_-

I have NO clue why someone should bother with a paid guide? I mean all the info to safely and effectively repair your 360 is on the web for FREE and anyone with some experience building PCs can easily do it and even modd it so its better than the stock ones and in case you wonder you DON'T have to necessarily void the warranty ;)
I actually find it interesting that decided to charge for it cuz if you remember Wipeout Pure had a TON of DLC an it was all free...odd

don't buy the 8800GTX that would be a waste of money, buy the new 8800GTS 512 (remember it HAS to be the 512mb the 640mb are the old model) this new ones perform at the par with the ULTRAS and are very cheap and for even more power buy the factory OC
I have no idea why you ever bother writing the manufacturing date when ALL 360s still have the problem the ONLY advantage you have if you bought a Falcon as I assume is that yours is almost guaranteed to last intact at least a year as opposed as how the ones before had an average of 6 months before death with the extraordinary exceptions of some people which launch 360s are only dying recently

Dude like I said the problem that causes the RROD is still there so its not a matter of the good vs the bad batch consoles is more of a WHEN because as long as the source of the problem is present you are NOT safe it might not be tomorrow or in a week but it will happen (I mean just ask some of my frinds at GS that were always saying how the RROD is only in a small batch and there launch 360 are perfect..only to in the last 3 months find blogs about how the 360 RROD)

Dude if you have been around the Video Card front for a while you will remember that you NEVER trust the 3D mark as a base to compare NVIDIA vs ATI cards...remember how the 2900XT outperformed by a good margin the 8800GTX on 3D mark? (and everyone was already cheering for ATI?)...and by now you will now how that ended...same goes for ATIs usual paper launch

I think if Sony does it right (official launch and prices) including the manufacturing of the games in the territory could open a WHOLE new level of actually decent prices and a HUGE market (remember Latin America was primarily a PS2 community)
because why does the console and games cost so much in Latin America?
Game price + import tax/cost + retailers profit = a PS3/360 game in $90 ,Xbox 360 $500-$600, PS3 $600-$700 (PS3 used to be around +$1000)

@Big Jim: I think you have to remember something (and other people too), as stated by Crytek in one of the interviews (found here on the site) the current CryEngine2 for consoles runs a equivalent to the MEDIUM(ish) PC settings at 720p and I would guess at least 30fps so it wont be the same as the High or even the hardware nightmare of the Very High Setting of the PC version
