I am looking at this game like I did Dead Rising. Fun to run around and play with mash-em up style but when it comes to serious sit down time, I need a tactical shooter (Metal Gear, Splinter Cell) or a very good RPG (Oblivion) or perhaps a well conceived adventure run through (Ratchet and Clank). I will say, The Darkness was a blast for that "look at whats coming out of my face/hands genre".

I'm also torn between the "it's a sequel so why change the look, feel" and wanting each new game I play to be upgraded in all aspects. As long as we can go to "new" areas of the city with "new" looking and acting splicers, then it's all good. If we are going to the same places with the same AI but perhaps some mild texturing upgrades and a new weapon or two then it's rental city. I have this grey looking square thingy that has a tray that pops out when i press on this little circle and I have this black football thingy that sucks dics up when i put them in this little slot. I have found if I hook my tv up to them, I get to play these really sweet looking games. Couldn't really say which thingy I prefer. They both do cool stuff and I keep spending all my money on these dics things to feed them...all lot.
So now that I can swin or jump from the roof for a kill I am not gonna be yawning again doing the same thing every mission? I thought the concept of AC was good, as were the graphics, jumping from any high platform, the openess, but man, doing the exact same thing to get to a main goal of doing the exact same thing is what needed to be changed.
Take back swimming and jumping for the kill and make each level a different scenerio. Kill a few here, start a feud there, and i dunno ...

Considering Rainbow 6 lost its way, I would welcome MW heading in the direction of team tactical. As burnt as I am on COD multi, I play it as much as I used to play RS Black Arrow and Vegas. If they would just implement a decent cover system I would be completely sold.
It's not really the home PC that was the issue unless ur on a dinosaur. It is the slighty dated networks that businesses use. Like the article states, upgrades have been done so compatibility is not an issue anymore. Vista runs great for me but there are some annoying things about it.....Allow...Deny....Allow.. ..Deny lol

I appreciated the story, quests, colors, battle sequences, underground (caves vs. subway tracts) and enemies in Oblivion more so than F3.
