You should definitely get it.
The multiplayer has a very steep and merciless learning curve, but it's one we all have to go through...
And in response to your comment below, you're free to use anything right from the start, although the damage you can inflict will be drastically reduced if you don't have the required strength to wield the weapons.
I'm not a comic fan at all, but still... DC has managed to hold my attention because I have an interest in FUN GAMES.
A bit disappointed that they've opted for this type of splitscreen. (The raised and lowered positions of each players screen)
There was nothing wrong with the classic way, infact it's quite the opposite.. The classic way is better!
Think i'll just stick with my DS thanks.

Too many people defend Resistance 2 simply because it's by Insomniac, who previously had only ever made top notch games.
The flaws are too great and too many to gloss over in Resistance 2.
Resistance 1 was outstanding, Resistance 2 sucked... Here's to hoping Resistance 3 tops the first.
I'm just not a fan of their frequency.
It's mostly shooters where the problems lie. For example "Pick up 5 health kits", having to pick up health kits isn't exactly a good thing, yet I'm rewarded with a trophy that counts towards a total score supposedly showing how adept I am at gaming.
I'd just rather they were kept as a reward for difficult and momentous tasks. Demon's Souls got the balance right...

Especially the ones that you get just for completing a level.
Getting one at the end of a game, just as a note to say "you've completed the game - well done" fair enough, no problem with that... But getting one every 5 minutes for doing awfully simple tasks, mostly by accident, is ridiculous.

Cannot wait for this. Glad to see co-op, both offline and online, has made it's way in to this game.
I've tried it, my Grandparents own a 46" 3D TV, it's used mostly for Sky Sports 3D.
From the games I've seen on it, Motorstorm 3D.. It's not worth the time nor money, the backlash will come, as it does with everything... It happens now with the Wii, it used to be the PS3, soon enough it will be Kinect (That's already begun.)
And when it does happen and you're all bleating about how 3D was a gimmick doomed to fail, remember that yo...
